A MÚSICA NA ESCOLA: POSSIBILIDADES DE AÇÕES MUSICAIS PARA PROFESSORES NÃO ESPECIALISTAS
O presente texto tem como objetivo
apresentar a proposta metodológica em
Educação Musical de M. Schafer como forma
de contribuir para a formação de professores
pedagogos ao abordar a música em suas
aulas. Entendemos que a atuação desse
profissional em sala de aula envolve crianças da
Educação Infantil e dos Anos Iniciais do Ensino
Fundamental e a música, a partir da leitura de
Documentos Oficiais tais como PCN e RCNEI, se
apresenta como uma modalidade artística que
colabora para a formação integral do indivíduo.
Por meio de abordagem teórica e documental,
contextualizamos, de forma breve, a música na
Educação Básica brasileira e apresentamos a
proposta de Schafer além de sugerir atividades
práticas possíveis de serem realizadas em sala
pelo professor não especialista. Concluímos
que a abordagem schaferiana encaminha
para o desenvolvimento da percepção auditiva
como ação importante ao desenvolvimento da
percepção musical e que sua proposta amplia
as possibilidades para uma atuação prazerosa
com música quando abordada por professores
pedagogos.

Abstract:
The present text aims to present
the methodological proposal in Music Education
of M. Schafer as a way of contributing to the
formation of pedagogical teachers when
approaching music in their classes. We
understand that the performance of this
professional in the classroom involves children
from Early Childhood and Early Years of
Elementary Education and music, from reading
Official Documents such as PCN and RCNEI,
presents itself as an artistic modality that
contributes to the formation of the individual.
Through a theoretical and documentary
approach, we briefly contextualize music in
Brazilian Basic Education and present Schafer's
proposal, besides suggesting practical activities
that can be performed in the classroom by the
non-specialist teacher. We conclude that the
Schaferian approach leads to the development
of auditory perception as an important action
to the development of musical perception
and that its proposal expands the possibilities
for a pleasant performance with music when
approached by pedagogues teachers.
