VIVÊNCIAS DE ACADÊMICOS DE FISIOTERAPIA DURANTE O ESTÁGIO EM UMA UNIDADE BÁSICA DE SAÚDE.
Introdução Com a Constituição Federal de 1988 e a regulamentação do Sistema Único de Saúde (SUS), instituições representativas e formadoras ligadas à fisioterapia começaram a estimular a participação do fisioterapeuta na atenção básica à saúde. A Fisioterapia atualmente conta com inúmeros benefícios dessa atuação, bem como a possibilidade de resgatar a condição do indivíduo ser assistido integral e interdisciplinarmente, independente da condição social. Objetivo descrever as experiências vivenciadas por acadêmicos do curso de Fisioterapia de uma Instituição de Ensino Superior Pública no Oeste do Pará na atividade de Estágio Curricular em Saúde da Mulher realizado em uma Unidade Básica de Saúde. Metodologia Trata-se de um relato de experiência baseado nas vivências de estágio de acadêmicos do 7º semestre do curso de fisioterapia. O presente estudo possuir caráter descritivo e qualitativo buscando abordar percepções referentes a disciplina, campo de estágio e tipos de atividade realizadas durante o período mencionado. Resultados A disciplina de fisioterapia em saúde da mulher I apresenta-se como um dos componentes da grade curricular do 4º ano, sendo responsabilidade de um docente preceptor. No que tange as atividades realizadas pelos acadêmicos, podem ser mencionadas, atendimentos dos pacientes, avaliações e reavaliações, atuação em educação em saúde, por meio de orientações e/ou elaboração de cartilhas para os pacientes, bem como descrição adequada das evoluções, contribuindo para desenvolvimento e aperfeiçoamento das habilidades dos acadêmicos. Conclusão Portanto, é possível observar que as experiências proporcionadas pelo estágio acadêmico influenciam o processo de formação, possibilitando maior conhecimento do âmbito prático e desenvolvimento das habilidades profissionais, gerando maior segurança para os atendimentos futuros.

Abstract:
Introduction With the Federal Constitution of 1988 and the regulation of the Unified Health System (SUS), representative and training institutions linked to physical therapy began to encourage the participation of physical therapists in primary health care. Physiotherapy currently has numerous benefits from this action, as well as the possibility of rescuing the individual's condition to be assisted in an integral and interdisciplinary way, regardless of the social condition. Objective to describe the experiences lived by students of the Physiotherapy course of a Public Higher Education Institution in the West of Pará in the activity of Curricular Internship in Women's Health held in a Basic Health Unit. Methodology This is an experience report based on the internship experiences of students from the 7th semester of the physiotherapy course. The present study has a descriptive and qualitative character, seeking to address perceptions regarding the discipline, internship field and types of activities carried out during the mentioned period. Results The subject of physiotherapy in women's health I presents itself as one of the components of the 4th year curriculum, being the responsibility of a teacher preceptor. Regarding the activities performed by the students, patient care, assessments and reassessments, performance in health education, through guidance and/or preparation of booklets for patients, as well as an adequate description of the evolutions, can be mentioned. development and improvement of academic skills. Conclusion Therefore, it is possible to observe that the experiences provided by the academic internship influence the training process, enabling greater knowledge of the practical scope and development of professional skills, generating greater security for future care.
