VIVÊNCIAS DE ACADÊMICOS DE ENFERMAGEM DURANTE AULA PRÁTICA HOSPITALAR COM BASE NA TEORIA DE PEPLAU
A enfermagem ao longo dos séculos
vem sendo conceituada como a arte e a ciência
que se baseia no equilíbrio da dignidade humana
e, no ambiente hospitalar, os acadêmicos de
enfermagem vivenciam diversas experiências.
Nesse sentido, a teoria das relações
interpessoais visa estabelecer uma interação
dinâmica entre o paciente e o enfermeiro.
Objetiva-se relatar a experiência vivenciada
por acadêmicos de enfermagem durante
aula prática hospitalar com base na Teoria de
Peplau. Trata-se de um estudo descritivo, de
natureza qualitativa, tipo relato de experiência,
realizado durante aula prática da disciplina de
Semiologia e Semiotécnica em Enfermagem
II do Curso de Graduação em Enfermagem
do Instituto de Saúde e Biotecnologia (ISB) da
Universidade Federal do Amazonas (UFAM). A
descrição das atividades vivenciadas se refere
às aulas práticas na Clínica Médica e Cirúrgica
do Hospital Regional de Coari do Estado do
Amazonas, no mês de junho de 2018. Durante
as aulas práticas hospitalares, os acadêmicos
experienciam diversos sentimentos, tais como
o medo, angústia e ansiedade. Em relação à
aproximação das atividades práticas com a
Teoria Peplau, foi estabelecida uma interação
entre o paciente e o acadêmico por meio
do processo de comunicação. Portanto, a
experiência vivenciada no ambiente hospitalar
proporcionou aos acadêmicos de enfermagem
uma relação interpessoal com os pacientes,
contribuindo para o processo de aprendizagem
desses futuros profissionais.

Abstract:
Nursing over the centuries has
been conceptualized as art and science that is
based on the balance of human dignity and, in
the hospital environment, nursing students experience different experiences. In this
sense, the theory of interpersonal relations aims to establish a dynamic interaction
between the patient and the nurse. The objective is to report the experience experienced
by nursing students during a hospital practice class based on the Peplau Theory. This
is a descriptive, qualitative, experience-type study carried out during the practical
course of the discipline of Semiology and Semi-technical in Nursing II of the Nursing
Undergraduate Program of the Institute of Health and Biotechnology (ISB) of the
Federal University of Amazonas (UFAM). The description of the activities carried out
refers to the practical classes at the Medical and Surgical Clinic of the Coari Regional
Hospital of the State of Amazonas, in the month of June 2018. During the hospital
practice classes, the students experience various feelings, such as fear, anguish and
anxiety. In relation to the approximation of practical activities with the Peplau Theory,
an interaction between the patient and the academic was established through the
communication process. Therefore, the experience lived in the hospital environment
provided the nursing students with an interpersonal relationship with the patients,
contributing to the learning process of these future professionals.
