VIVÊNCIA E INTERVENÇÕES EM ATENÇÃO PRIMÁRIA NO PROJETO DE EXTENSÃO RURAL EDUCAÇÃO EM SAÚDE-PERES: RELATO DE EXPERIÊNCIA
O objetivo é relatar a vivência e intervenções na atenção primária no interior do Estado do Piauí no projeto de extensão rural educação em saúde. A vivência e intervenções ocorreram no mês de Dezembro, com a participação de 08 acadêmicos da área da saúde , no munícipio da Zona Rural da cidade de Cabeceiras do Piauí, onde foi desenvolvidos ações em grupos focais e visitas domiciliar nas comunidades do respectivo município. Toda a vivência e intervenções em atenção primária proporcionaram, conhecer a realidade da educação em saúde na comunidade e dessa forma visamos alerta e orientar da criança ao idoso em prol de prevenção em saúde para uma melhor qualidade de vida. Conclui-se que vivência e intervenção coletiva e interdisciplinar como a propiciada pelo PERES, agrega vínculos coletivos e saberes compartilhados, onde saímos com um novo olhar e perspectiva da qual entramos, pois é de grande importância atuar e lidar em equipe multidisciplinar e da abordagem interdisciplinar, da territorização na comunidade objetivando a integralidade da assistência e dessa forma potencializando com novas perspectivas e visões como profissionais mais humanizados.

Abstract:
The objective is to report the experience and interventions in primary care in the interior of the state of Piauí in the rural extension project health education. The experience and intervention took place in December, with the participation of 08 health academics in the rural area of the city of Cabeceiras do Piauí, where focus group actions and home visits were carried out in the communities of the respective municipality. All the experience and intervention in primary care provided, to know the reality of health education in the community and thus aim to alert and guide the child to the elderly in favor of health prevention for a better quality of life. It is concluded that collective and interdisciplinary experience and intervention, such as that provided by PERES, aggregates collective bonds and shared knowledge, where we leave with a new look and perspective from which we enter, as it is of great importance to act and deal with a multidisciplinary team and the interdisciplinary approach. , of territorialization in the community aiming at the comprehensiveness of care and thus enhancing with new perspectives and visions as future more humanized professionals.
