VISITA PRÉ-OPERATÓRIA DE ENFERMAGEM: AVALIAÇÃO DAS ORIENTAÇÕES AO PACIENTE CIRÚRGICO
A atuação do enfermeiro no período pré-operatório é de suma relevância, pois o paciente precisa de atenção, conforto e sentir-se consciente de como a cirurgia ocorrerá, se a mesma envolve ou não riscos, quais os cuidados serão tomados com ele e como a equipe médica atuará. Neste contexto, o enfermeiro é o profissional de saúde mais próximo do paciente neste momento, seja no período pré-operatório mediato ou imediato, pois ele fica mais tempo ao lado da pessoa. Este trabalho indaga qual a importância da atuação do enfermeiro no período pré-operatório. Por conseguinte, objetiva-se reunir os artigos científicos sobre orientações do enfermeiro com pacientes no pré-operatório. O método científico utilizado nesta pesquisa foi o estudo bibliográfico com abordagem qualitativa. Constata-se que para o paciente é o momento de estabelecer uma comunicação mais aberta e franca com o profissional de saúde mais próximo a ele, sanando suas dúvidas sobre os procedimentos cirúrgicos. Além disso, este contato facilita a recuperação da integridade física, psíquica, social e espiritual da pessoa que se encontra em um ambiente no qual não está acostumada podendo, inclusive, sentir-se angustiada ou constrangida por ali estar. Já para a equipe de enfermagem é um momento de colocar em prática seus conhecimentos, competências, habilidades e atitudes sobre a prática do atendimento humanizado, tratando cada paciente de forma única e individualizada, desenvolvendo com eles uma comunicação capaz de sanar suas dúvidas, seus medos, mostrando-se um “parceiro” dele e de sua família neste processo.

Abstract:
The performance of nurses in the preoperative period is of paramount importance, because the patient needs attention, comfort and feel aware of how the surgery will occur, whether or not it involves risks, what care will be taken with him and how The medical staff will act. In this context, the nurse is the closest health professional to the patient currently, either in the immediate or immediate preoperative period, because he or she stays longer with the person. This paper examines the importance of nurses' performance in the preoperative period. Therefore, the objective is to gather scientific articles on nurses' orientations with preoperative patients. The scientific method used in this research was the bibliographical study, qualitative methodological. It is clear that for the patient is the time to establish a more open and frank communication with the health professional closest to him, solving his doubts about the surgical procedures. In addition, this contact facilitates the recovery of physical, psychic, social, and spiritual life of a person who is in an environment he / she is not used to and may even feel distressed or embarrassed to be there. For the nursing team is a time to put into practice their knowledge, skills, abilities and attitudes about the practice of humanized care, treating each patient in a unique and individualized way, developing with them a communication that can answer their doubts, their fears. , being a "partner" of him and his family in this process.
