VISITA DOMICILIAR DA EQUIPE DE SAÚDE BUCAL DA ATENÇÃO PRIMÁRIA À SAÚDE AO ESCOLAR COM DEFICIÊNCIA EM TEMPOS DE PANDEMIA EM OCARA-CE
O estudo relata a experiência vivenciada no PSE por Equipes de Saúde Bucal, em Visita Domiciliar aos escolares com deficiência no município de Ocara-CE, que teve as aulas presenciais suspensas em março de 2020, com o decreto do estado de Pandemia para a COVID-19. A assistência em saúde bucal individual ficou restrita ao atendimento das urgências, e as coletivas realizadas nas escolas foram adiadas. No monitoramento de vigilância em saúde do 2º quadrimestre de 2020, observou-se um incremento no quantitativo de urgências por dor de dente na faixa etária de 03-12 anos, público assistido pelo PSE, que a pandemia afastou das ações de Educação em Saúde Bucal, Escovação Supervisionada, Aplicação Tópica de Flúor, Exame Bucal para Levantamento de Necessidades. Questiona-se: Se o PSE não pode ir à escola, como levar o PSE onde o aluno está? Pensou-se na Visita Domiciliar. Tivemos que diminuir o nosso universo-escola de 5.549 alunos, para garantir o acesso com equidade. O Grupo de Trabalho Saúde-Educação nos sugeriu a visita às crianças com deficiência. Nosso universo passou a ser de 220 escolares, dos quais foram selecionados 22 pela Coordenação do Atendimento Educacional Especializado. A ação foi planejada e realizada com as Equipes de Saúde Bucal e educadores. As visitas de aproximadamente 90 minutos, iniciaram-se em setembro. Com o núcleo familiar foi realizado educação em saúde bucal e com as crianças o condicionamento gradual, exame bucal, escovação supervisionada, aplicação tópica de flúor e agendamento para fase curativa. A ação teve uma ótima aceitação pela escola, equipes, famílias e crianças. O contato prévio fortaleceu vínculo entre profissional – criança – família, aumentou a segurança do cirurgião dentista no manejo da criança deficiente, esta se mostrou mais cooperativa e a família mais informada. A perspectiva é utilizar esta estratégia da VD, até o retorno das aulas presenciais.

Abstract:
This study reports the experience lived in the PSE by Oral Health Teams in Home Visits to schoolchildren with disabilities in the municipality of Ocara-Ce, which had its face-to-face classes suspended in March 2020, with the Pandemia state decree for COVID19. Assistance in individual oral health was restricted to emergency care and the collectives held in schools were postponed. In the monitoring of health surveillance in the 2nd quarter of 2020, there was an increase in the number of urgencies due to toothache in the age group of 3 to 12 years old, public assisted by the PSE, which the pandemic removed from the Oral Health Education actions, Supervised Brushing, Topical Fluoride Application, Oral Examination for Needs Assessment. We ask ourselves: if the PSE cannot go to school, how to take the PSE where the student is? Home Visit was thought of. We had to reduce our school universe by 5,549 students, to guarantee equal access. The Health-Education Working Group suggested visiting children with disabilities. Our universe now comprises 220 schoolchildren, of whom 22 were selected by the coordination of Specialized School Service. The action was planned and carried out with the Oral Health Teams and educators. The visits of approximately 90 minutes, started in September. With the family nucleus, oral health education was carried out and with the children the gradual conditioning, oral examination, supervised brushing, topical application of fluoride and scheduling for curative phase. The action was well accepted by the school, teams, families and children. The previous contact strengthened the bond between professional - child - family, increased the safety of the dental surgeon in the management of the disabled child, the latter proved to be more cooperative and the family more informed. The perspective is to use this strategy of VD, until the return of face-to-face classes.
