VIDA SOBRE DUAS RODAS: RELATO DE EXPERIÊNCIA SOBRE OS MOTOBOYS DE PIZZARIA DE SANTA MARIA
Todos os dias, mais de um milhão de motoboys arriscam suas vidas em diversas capitais brasileiras. Apesar de a profissão ser regulamentada desde 2009 e sua terceirização ser considerada ilegal, ainda é abundante a oferta de trabalho informal ou autônomo nessa profissão. O objetivo deste artigo, é relatar a experiência de uma intervenção sobre a realidade do serviço de motoboys de uma pizzaria da cidade de Santa Maria, através de um estudo observacional, por meio da aplicação da metodologia do Arco da Problematização. Como resultados e conclusão, observou-se que o grupo envolvido na pesquisa presa por sua segurança, utilizando os equipamentos exigidos e necessário para o mesmo, no entanto a fiscalização não é realizada de forma efetiva, possibilitando que alguns trabalhem na clandestinidade.

Abstract:
Every day, more than one million motorcycleboys risk their lives in several Brazilian capitals. Although the profession has been regulated since 2009 and its outsourcing is considered illegal, the offer of informal or autonomous work in this profession is still plentiful. The aim of this article is to report the experience of an intervention on the reality of the motorcycle service of a pizzeria in the city of Santa Maria, through an observational study, through the application of the methodology of the Problematizon Arc. As results and conclusion, it was observed that the group involved in the research arrested for its safety, using the equipment required and necessary for it, however the inspection is not carried out effectively, allowing some to work in the Underground.
