VIAS DE PARTO: ASPECTOS QUE INTERFEREM NA ESCOLHA FINAL DA GESTANTE
O parto é uma das mais fortes experiências vividas pelo ser humano,
e para o seu acontecimento é importante o entendimento mútuo entre o profissional médico e a parturiente. Nesse contexto, é possível entender que a maneira como o parto será realizado nem sempre é feito de acordo com as particularidades clínicas da gestante. Dessa maneira, o presente estudo tem por finalidade, por meio de uma revisão integrativa de artigos mais recentemente produzidos, compreender quais são os aspectos que corroboram para a escolha do tipo de via que o parto será realizado. Os 30 artigos usados nesse estudo foram buscados nas seguintes plataformas de busca: National Library of Medicine and National Institutes of Health (PubMed), Scientific Electronic Library Online (SciELO) e Google Scholar, com uma periodicidade entre 2014 e 2020, sendo selecionados apenas os escritos em língua inglesa e portuguesa. Os Descritores em Ciência da Saúde (DeCS) utilizados foram: cesárea, parto normal, parto humanizado e preferência do paciente. Após a leitura minuciosa de cada artigo, observou se a existência de majoritária concordância sobre os fatores que mais influenciam na via de parto, sendo eles: fator médico, circunstâncias sociodemográficas e aspectos psicoculturais. Sendo assim, conclui se que a decisão do parto acontece por diferentes fatores, destacando a importância de que tal escolha seja feita de maneira particularizada e humanizada. Para além disso, é necessário a produção de mais estudos para o melhor entendimento da realidade, com a constituição e amplificação de programas que auxiliem tanto a gestante quando o médico sobre qual a melhor conduta a ser tomada.

Abstract:
Child-birth is one of the strongest experiences lived by the human being, and for its occurrence, mutual understanding between the medical professional and the parturient is important. In this context, it is possible to understand that the way the delivery will be performed is not always done according to the clinical particularities of the pregnant woman. Thus, the present study aims, through an integrative review of more recently produced articles, to understand which are the aspects that corroborate the choice of the type of route that the delivery will be performed. The 30 articles used in this study were searched on the following search platforms: National Library of Medicine and National Institutes of Health (PubMed), Scientific Electronic Library Online (SciELO) and Google Scholar, with a periodicity between 2014 and 2020, with only those selected written in English and Portuguese. The Health Science Descriptors (DeCS) used were: cesarean section, normal delivery, humanized delivery and patient preference. After a thorough reading of each article, it was observed that there was a major agreement on the factors that most influence the way of delivery, namely: medical factor, sociodemographic circumstances and psychocultural aspects. Thus, it is concluded that the decision to give birth occurs due to different factors, highlighting the importance of making such a choice in a particularized and humanized way. In addition, it is necessary to produce more studies for a better understanding of reality, with the constitution and amplification of programs that help both the pregnant woman and the doctor about the best course of action.
