VENTILAÇÃO NÃO INVASIVA NO PÓS-OPERATÓRIO DE CIRURGIA CARDIOPULMONAR E SEU IMPACTO APÓS EXTUBAÇÃO
INTRODUÇÃO: A utilização da
Ventilação Não Invasiva (VNI), tanto realizada
de modo profilático como terapêutico, tem
demonstrado melhora clínica evidenciada por
marcadores pulmonares e hemodinâmicos em
pacientes cardíacos. Todavia, questionamse,
quais os benefícios da VNI no tratamento
de pacientes durante o pós-operatório de
cirurgias cardiopulmonares? E qual o seu
impacto nesses pacientes após extubação?
OBJETIVO: Realizar uma revisão integrativa
sobre os benefícios da VNI no pós-operatório
de cirurgias cardiopulmonares e seu impacto
após extubação. RESULTADOS: Trata-se de
uma revisão de literatura do tipo integrativa,
onde foram consultadas as bases de dados
LILACS, SCIELO e MEDLINE em busca de
artigos publicados no período de 2002 a 2018.
Foram selecionados 9 artigos para análise.
CONCLUSÃO: O uso da VNI no pós-operatório
de cirurgias cardiopulmonares proporciona a
esses pacientes melhora da sua capacidade
pulmonar e oxigenação, reduzindo assim
as complicações pulmonares e as taxas de
morbimortalidade e reintubação.

Abstract:
INTRODUCTION: The use of
Non-Invasive Ventilation (NIV), both performed
prophylactically and therapeutically, has demonstrated clinical improvement evidenced
by pulmonary and hemodynamic markers in cardiac patients. However, they question,
what are the benefits of NIV in the treatment of patients during the postoperative
period of cardiopulmonary surgeries? And what is its impact on these patients after
extubation? OBJECTIVE: To perform an integrative review on the benefits of NIV in the
postoperative period of cardiopulmonary surgeries and their impact after extubation.
RESULTS: This was an integrative literature review, where the LILACS, SCIELO and
MEDLINE databases were searched for articles published between 2002 and 2018. Nine
articles were selected for analysis. CONCLUSION: The use of NIV in the postoperative
period of cardiopulmonary surgeries provides these patients with improved pulmonary
capacity and oxygenation, thus reducing pulmonary complications and morbimortality
and re-infection rates.
