VALORIZANDO A DIVERSIDADE CULTURAL: OFICINA DE ABAYOMIS
Analisando a conjuntura é necessário se alertar para uma problematização que rodeia as crianças em relação a sua construção de identidade, o reconhecimento de sua cor que não é o que está nos ideais de beleza disseminados na mídia. O objetivo deste capítulo é compartilhar as vivências das acadêmicas de um projeto de extensão na elaboração de uma campanha de arrecadação de bonecas, uma oficina de Abayomis e uma entrega de bonecas pretas em uma pediatria. Relato de Experiência descritivo, de abordagem qualitativa, baseado na metodologia da problematização. Foram três etapas, sendo elas, campanha novembro consciente, oficina de bonecas Abayomi e distribuição de brinquedos arrecadados concomitante com momento de discussão sobre a identidade preta. Em novembro, demos início a campanha “Doe uma boneca negra - novembro consciente”, devido a deficiência de oferta de bonecas negras durante o desenvolvimento infantil. A divulgação foi feita por meio de cartazes no campus de atividade das alunas organizadoras do evento e através das redes sociais. A oficina aconteceu no dia 19 de novembro de 2018, teve a organização das acadêmicas do Programa Cuidar Brincando, a princípio foram providenciadas malhas e retalhos para a confecção das bonecas, tivemos o auxílio de umas das professoras da Universidade que tem como área de atuação a conscientização das questões raciais Na última etapa, foram entregues os brinquedos arrecadados na pediatria da unidade hospitalar onde as acadêmicas do PCB atuam, podemos perceber que a discussão da temática pode ampliar a visão dos pais sobre os brinquedos. Dessa forma, o conjunto das ações realizadas proporcionaram momentos de reflexão acerca de questões raciais de respeito, tolerância e representatividade. Logo, esse tema não é muito abordado sendo necessário então abordá-lo com mais frequência em todos os ambientes por se tratar de um assunto que faz parte da construção da nossa identidade.

Abstract:
: Analyzing the conjuncture, it is necessary to be alert to a problematization that surrounds children in relation to their identity construction, the recognition of their color, which is not what is in the ideals of beauty disseminated in the media. The objective of this chapter is to share the experiences of the academics of an extension project in the elaboration of a doll collection campaign, an Abayomis workshop and a delivery of black dolls in pediatrics. Descriptive Experience report, with a qualitative approach, based on the problematization methodology. There were three stages, namely, the November conscious campaign, the Abayomi dolls workshop and the distribution of collected toys together with a discussion about the black identity. In November, we started the campaign “Donate a black doll - conscious November”, due to a lack of black dolls during child development. The disclosure was made through posters on the campus of activity of the students organizing the event and through social networks. The workshop took place on November 19, 2018, with the organization of the Academics of the Caring Playing Program, at first, knits and scraps were provided for making dolls, we had the help of one of the professors at the University whose area of expertise is awareness of racial issues In the last stage, the toys collected in the pediatric unit of the hospital where the PCB students work were delivered, we can see that the discussion of the theme can broaden the parents' view of the toys. This way, the set of actions carried out provided moments of reflection on racial issues of respect, tolerance and representativeness. Therefore, this topic is not much addressed, so it is necessary to address it more frequently in all environments because it is a subject that is part of the construction of our identity.
