• Abstract:

  There were suggested reference

  values for noise classes for habitational buildings

  evaluation in order to improve The Brazilian

  Standard NBR 15575 taking into account the

  limit values of interior noise level according to

  Brazilian Standard NBR 10152. Also, there were

  performed computational simulations to verify

  the background noise of typical neighborhoods

  of large cities to complement the results.
