VACINAÇÃO PARA COVID-19: O DESAFIO E A ESPERANÇA PARA AS EQUIPES DE ATUAÇÃO DE UM HOSPITAL UNIVERSITÁRIO DA GRANDE PORTO ALEGRE
INTRODUÇÃO: Estamos vivendo a maior pandemia da história, uma doença causada pelo novo coronavírus humano (SARS-CoV-2), de alta transmissibilidade e que pode causar infecção respiratória aguda potencialmente grave. Diante da necessidade emergente de resposta ao enfrentamento da doença, grandes pesquisadores e profissionais da área se mobilizaram para a criação, em tempo hábil, de vacinas que fossem eficazes e seguras. Em 2021 foram aprovadas, em caráter emergencial, as primeiras doses pela Agência Nacional de Vigilância Sanitária (ANVISA) e disponibilizadas através do Programa Nacional de Imunizações (PNI), promovendo o início da vacinação contra a covid-19 no Brasil. O PNI é nacionalmente reconhecido como um dos maiores programas de vacinação e tem, dentre seus objetivos, reduzir a morbimortalidade por doenças imunopreveníveis. No dia 19 de janeiro de 2021, no estado do Rio Grande do Sul, no Hospital Universitário da Grande Porto Alegre (HUGPA) iniciou a estratégia de vacinação, organizada em consonância com a vigilância em saúde, de seus profissionais na linha de frente do combate a Covid-19, como medida de prevenção e controle da infecção de forma sistêmica. OBJETIVO: Relatar o simbólico início do processo de vacinação contra a COVID-19 nos profissionais de saúde do Hospital Universitário da Grande Porto Alegre (HCPA). MÉTODO: Relato de experiência da equipe multiprofissional, com embasamento na revisão integrativa sobre o planejamento e o fluxo da vacinação contra covid-19 nos profissionais de saúde do HUGPA. RESULTADOS OBSERVADOS: Através do Plano Nacional de Operacionalização da vacinação contra Covid-19 emitido pelo Ministério da Saúde e com o objetivo de instrumentalizar gestores de todos os níveis, iniciou-se o planejamento interno da vacinação contra Covid-19 no Serviço de Medicina (SM) do HUGPA. Inicialmente, recebemos um número limitado de doses para atender nossos profissionais e, a partir disso, foi necessário traçar uma estratégia de estratificação em grupos de maior risco de exposição. Nesse primeiro momento, foram priorizados profissionais das áreas que atuam na linha de frente, CTI Covid, emergência e as unidades Covid. Após a definição das áreas iniciais, as chefias enviaram para a direção do hospital uma lista contendo o nome dos funcionários ativos, que foi repassada ao SM para, assim, serem vacinados. Criou-se também um pré-cadastro, realizado pelo próprio funcionário no portal da Instituição, através do preenchimento de um formulário com informações de identificação contendo RG, CPF, número do cartão SUS, telefone para contato, entre outros. No momento da vacinação era preenchido outro formulário, averiguados os dados e realizado uma rápida triagem para verificar se havia alguma contraindicação para aplicação do imunizante disponível. As informações desses formulários alimentam uma planilha cujos dados são integrados ao prontuário eletrônico ocupacional e registrados no Sistema de Informações do Programa Nacional de Imunizações (SIPNI), onde são registradas todas as vacinas recebidas por cada pessoa e disponibilizadas em todo o território nacional. CONSIDERAÇÕES FINAIS: O processo de imunização dos profissionais de saúde do HUGPA tem sido um grande desafio para toda equipe e um respiro de esperança, no Serviço de Medicina que em doses fracionadas. Seguimos na campanha, confiantes que muito em breve atingiremos a imunização de todos nossos colaboradores. Almejamos que num futuro próximo, toda a população também possa ser imunizada e esse pesadelo finalmente fique no passado.

VACCINATION FOR COVID-19: THE CHALLENGE AND HOPE FOR THE ACTION TEAMS AT A UNIVERSITY HOSPITAL IN GRANDE DE PORTO ALEGRE.
INTRODUCTION: We are experiencing the largest pandemic in history, a disease caused by the new human coronavirus (SARS-CoV-2), which is highly transmissible and can cause potentially serious acute respiratory infection. Given the emerging need to respond to the fight against the disease, leading researchers and professionals in the field mobilized to create, in a timely manner, vaccines that were effective and safe. In 2021, the first doses were approved, on an emergency basis, by the National Health Surveillance Agency (ANVISA) and made available through the National Immunization Program (PNI), promoting the start of vaccination against covid-19 in Brazil. The PNI is nationally recognized as one of the largest vaccination programs and has, among its objectives, reducing morbidity and mortality from vaccine-preventable diseases. On January 19, 2021, in the state of Rio Grande do Sul, at the University Hospital of Grande Porto Alegre (HUGPA) began the vaccination strategy, organized in line with the health surveillance of its professionals in the front line of the fight. Covid-19, as a systemic infection prevention and control measure. OBJECTIVE: To report the symbolic beginning of the vaccination process against COVID-19 in health professionals at the University Hospital in Grande de Porto Alegre (HUGPA). METHOD: Experience report of the multidisciplinary team, based on the integrative review on the planning and flow of vaccination against covid-19 in health professionals at HUGPA. RESULTS OBSERVED: Through the National Plan for the Operationalization of Covid-19 Vaccination issued by the Ministry of Health and with the objective of equipping managers at all levels, the internal planning of vaccination against Covid-19 in the Medical Service (SM) was started from HUGPA. Initially, we received a limited number of doses to serve our professionals and, based on that, it was necessary to draw up a strategy for stratification in groups at higher risk of exposure. In this first moment, professionals from the areas that work on the front line, CTI Covid, emergency and Covid units were prioritized. After defining the initial areas, the heads sent to the hospital management a list containing the names of active employees, which was forwarded to the SM so that they could be vaccinated. A pre-registration was also created, carried out by the employee on the Institution's portal, by completing a form with identification information containing ID, CPF, SUS card number, telephone number, among others. At the time of vaccination, another form was filled out, the data was checked and a quick screening was carried out to see if there was any contraindication for the application of the available immunizing agent. The information on these forms feeds into a spreadsheet whose data are integrated into the electronic occupational medical record and registered in the Information System of the National Immunization Program (SIPNI), where all vaccines received by each person and made available throughout the country are registered. FINAL CONSIDERATIONS: The immunization process of health professionals at HUGPA has been a great challenge for the entire team and a glimmer of hope in the Medicine Service, in divided doses. We continue with the campaign, confident that very soon we will reach the immunization of all our employees. We hope that in the near future, the entire population can also be immunized and this nightmare will finally be in the past.
