June 2024 as head of government of CDMX. -In his administration in Iztapalapa he promoted the construction of twelve cultural centers called “Utopias” promising to build a total of one hundred in the capital of the Republic, which are a dream for social transformation and for support for women in cases of violence and care. The main objective of this work is to analyze some of this equipment that is already in operation and see its possible implementation. The methodology will consist of an Urban Ethnography that identifies actors, scenarios and rules, as well as cultural practices.
