UTILIZAÇÃO DO ÁCIDO HIALURÔNICO PARA REJUVENESCIMENTO PERIORBITAL: UMA REVISÃO DE LITERATURA
A região periorbital é uma das principais áreas do rosto em que podemos notar o envelhecimento por causa da perda de colágeno. O objetivo deste trabalho será realizar uma busca em artigos de bases de dados sobre o a utilização de ácido hialurônico no tratamento estético, direcionado ao retardo do envelhecimento cutâneo e redução das marcas de linhas de expressão na região periorbital, ocasionadas pelo processo de envelhecimento natural e também pela exposição aos raios ultravioletas. Trata-se de uma revisão de literatura do tipo integrativa baseado nas pesquisas bibliográficas sobre o uso do ácido hialurônico utilizado para rejuvenescimento da pele, sobretudo, quando aplicado na região periorbital. No resultado do estudo incluíram-se 10 evidências científicas, no quadro 1 usou-se caracterização contendo algumas informações como: título do artigo, resultado e autores. Foi possível concluir que o AH é uma alternativa testada e comprovada que pode ser utilizada para o tratamento do processo de envelhecimento na região periorbital e em olheiras, que seu resultado é muito eficaz, foi possível entender que a pele sofre com perdas significativas durante os anos e que harmonização facial é um conjunto de técnicas que tem como finalidade proporcionar ao paciente bem estar prevenindo e minimizando o envelhecimento e deixando a face mais assimétrica.

Abstract:
The periorbital region is one of the main areas of the face where we can notice aging due to the loss of collagen. The objective of this work will be to search database articles on the use of hyaluronic acid in aesthetic treatment, aimed at delaying skin aging and reducing the expression line marks in the periorbital region, caused by the natural aging process and also by exposure to ultraviolet rays. It is an integrative literature review based on bibliographic research on the use of hyaluronic acid used for skin rejuvenation, especially when applied to the periorbital region. In the result of the study, 10 scientific evidences were included. Chart 1 used characterization containing some information, such as: title of the article, result and authors. It was possible to conclude that HA is a tested and proven alternative that can be used for the treatment of the aging process in the periorbital region and in dark circles, that its result is very effective, it was possible to understand that the skin suffers with significant losses over the years and that facial harmonization is a set of techniques that aims to provide the patient with well-being preventing and minimizing aging and making the face more asymmetrical.
