UTILIZAÇÃO DE COBERTURAS ESPECIAIS NO TRATAMENTO DE LESÕES: UM RELATO DE EXPERIÊNCIA
O curativo é
determinado como um meio de tratamento
que consiste na limpeza e administração de
material sobre uma ferida para sua proteção,
drenagem e absorção, com o propósito de
favorecer as condições do leito da ferida e
ajudar na cicatrização. As coberturas especiais
são biomateriais de origem natural ou sintética
que são aplicados sobre as lesões da pele. O
enfermeiro deve ter conhecimento dos tipos de
feridas, do processo cicatricial e das coberturas
e suas indicações, para então, escolher a que
melhor se adeque ao tipo de lesão e a condição
econômica do paciente e da instituição
hospitalar. OBJETIVO: Relatar a experiência
vivenciada através da observação e realização
de curativos e a utilização de coberturas
especiais no tratamento de lesões de pacientes
internados na enfermaria de traumato-ortopedia
de uma unidade hospitalar do Agreste de
Pernambuco, durante o Estágio Supervisionado
em Enfermagem. METODOS: Trata-se de um
estudo descritivo, do tipo relato de experiência,
este foi desenvolvido pela acadêmica de
enfermagem do oitavo período do UNIFAVIP/
Devry a partir da observação e da realização de
curativos e a utilização de coberturas especiais
para o tratamento de feridas na enfermaria
de traumato-ortopedia de um hospital do
Agreste de Pernambuco. RESULTADOS: As
lesões encontradas nos pacientes internados
na enfermaria são feridas cirúrgicas, feridas
abertas também foram encontradas, e algumas
possuíam em seu leito, tecido desvitalizado
dos tipos esfacelo e necrótico, com exsudato
purulento ou sanguinolento e odor fétido. Dentre as coberturas disponíveis para o tratamento de lesões destacou-se: o AGE
(Ácidos Graxos Essenciais), o Hidrogel, a Colagenase, e a gaze antimicrobiana. O
enfermeiro tem total autonomia com relação ao tratamento de lesão. CONCLUSÃO:
O estágio vivenciado colaborou para o desenvolvimento das competências propostas,
oportunizando a construção de habilidades e condutas pertinentes a assistência do
enfermeiro no tratamento de lesões.

Abstract:
The dressing is determined like a way of treatment
that consists of the cleaning and administration of material on a wound for his
protection, drainage and absorption, with the purpose of favoring the conditions of the
bed of the wound and helping in the scarring. The special coverings are biomateriais
of natural or synthetic origin that they are applied on the injuries from the skin. The
nurse must know the types of wounds, the process cicatricial and the coverings and
his indications, so that, choose the one that better is adapted to the type of injury and
the economical condition of a patient and of the hospital institution. OBJECTIVES: To
report the experience survived through the observation and realization of dressings
and the use of special coverings in the treatment of injuries of patients interned in the
ward of traumato-orthopedy of a hospital unity of the Rural one of Pernambuco, during
the Traineeship Supervised in Nursing. METHODS: Experience report is treated as a
descriptive study, as the type, this one was developed by the academic one of nursing
of the eighth period of the UNIFAVIP/Devry from the observation and the realization
of dressings and the use of special coverings for the wounds treatment in the ward of
traumato-orthopedy of a hospital of the Rural one of Pernambuco. RESULTED: The
injuries found in the patients interned in the ward are surgical wounds, open wounds
also were found, and they had someone in his bed, woven desvitalizado of the types
I wreck and necrótico, with exsudato festering or sanguinolent and foul odor. Among
the available coverings for the injuries treatment it stood out: IT it ACTS (Essential Oily
Acids), the Hidrogel, the Colagenase, and the antimicrobial gauze. The nurse has total
autonomy regarding the injury treatment. CONCLUSION: The supervised traineeship
collaborated for the development of the proposed competences, oportunizando the
construction of skills and relevant conducts the presence of the nurse in the injuries
treatment.
