UTILIZAÇÃO DAS TÉCNICAS DE APRENDIZAGEM ATIVA NA EDUCAÇÃO EM ENGENHARIA: ESTUDO DE CASO DOS MAPAS MENTAIS
Este trabalho apresenta a utilização de uma técnica de Aprendizagem Ativa, denominada de Mapa Mental, em uma atividade didática na educação em Engenharia. O objetivo principal dessa atividade didática é colocar os estudantes no centro do processo de ensino e aprendizagem como elementos ativos. A metodologia da pesquisa utilizada é a pesquisa de opinião sobre atividade Mapa Mental por parte dos estudantes e foi utilizada a abordagem quantitativa. Os resultados auferidos destacam que essa técnica de Aprendizagem Ativa teve uma boa aceitação por parte dos estudantes na atividade realizada. A conclusão reitera a importância de envolver os estudantes no processo de ensino e aprendizagem e motivá-los na busca do conhecimento.

Abstract:
This work presents the use of an Active Learning technique, called Mind Map, in a didactic activity in engineering education. The main objective of this didactic activity is to place students at the center of the teaching and learning process as active elements. The research methodology used is the research of opinion on mind map activity by the students and the quantitative approach was used. The results obtained highlight that this active learning technique had a good acceptance by the students in the activity performed. The conclusion reiterates the importance of involving students in the teaching and learning process and motivate them in the search for knowledge.
