Abstract: This article describes the application of Hole Circle Dances as an occupational therapy resource for individuals with visual impairments. Seven monthly meetings were held with participants of both sexes, mostly with acquired low vision due to various factors, ranging in age from 14 to 76 years. The practice promoted socialization, the creation of bonds, and the reconstruction of identity in the face of disability. Through activity analysis, the need to expand the concept of care and intervention in the rehabilitation of individuals with visual impairments was observed. These individuals often experience a loss of autonomy and independence due to disruptions in their daily lives and a diminished routine, providing an opportunity for a biopsychosocial approach. It was concluded that Sacred Circle Dances have therapeutic potential, empowering participants to become protagonists in their rehabilitation processes, improving performance in activities of daily living and instrumental activities. Additionally, participants gained a better perception of their quality of life and the possibilities for expanding their repertoire of activities.
