UMA NOVA DIREÇÃO PARA O “USO RACIONAL” DO PARQUE ESTADUAL SERRA RICARDO FRANCO EM VILA BELA DA SANTÍSSIMA TRINDADE-MT A PARTIR DA “IMINENTE” CRIAÇÃO DO PLANO DE MANEJO DA UNIDADE DE CONSERVAÇÃO (UC)
O papel central das áreas
protegidas é preservar espaços com atributos
ecológicos importantes. Destarte, os objetivos
contemplados no artigo foram: discutir a
importância da criação do plano de manejo
do Parque Estadual Serra Ricardo Franco,
apontar os entraves para elaboração (ou
não) do documento e relacionar as atividades
desenvolvidas dentro da UC como causadoras
de impactos à sustentabilidade da mesma.
Como metodologia empregada para atingir tais
propósitos, enumeram-se algumas ferramentas
de pesquisa que foram utilizadas, como o
levantamento de dados secundários em fontes
diversas, entrevista com representante do
poder público estadual da Secretaria Estadual
de Meio Ambiente do Estado de Mato Grosso
(SEMA-MT), registro fotográfico e pesquisa in
locu. Através do caminho percorrido, observouse como um dos resultados mais importantes a
existência de algumas problemáticas inerentes
ao uso racional da UC, principalmente àquelas
relacionadas a regularização fundiária, pois
na época de sua criação já haviam posseiros
residindo o local. Dessa forma, considera-se
que a situação descrita passa pela elaboração
do Plano de Manejo que possivelmente
fomentará a utilização racional dos recursos
naturais da UC. Considera-se ainda que,
levando em consideração as abordagens em
torno de plano de manejo e principalmente
sobre os seus objetivos é possível configurar
uma relação entre ele com a UC, de modo que
se visualize a importância do documento para
o desenvolvimento de atividades sustentáveis
a partir da formulação de diretrizes para criar,
implantar e gerir unidades de conservação.

Abstract:
The central role of protected areas
is to preserve spaces with important ecological
attributes. The objectives of this article were:
a) to discuss the importance of creating a
management plan for the Serra Ricardo Franco
State Park, b) to point out the obstacles to
elaborate (or not) the document, and c) to
relate the activities developed within the PA as
impact of its sustainability. As a methodology
used to achieve these purposes, we list some
research tools that have been used, such as the
collection of secondary data in various sources,
interview with a representative of the state public
authority in the State Secretary of Environment
of the State of Mato Grosso (SEMA- MT), registered photography and in locu research.
Through these ways, it was observed as one of the most important results the existence
of some problems inherent to the rational use of UC, especially those related to the
land regularization, because at the time of its creation there were already squatters
residing at this place. Thus, it is considered that the described situation is based on
the elaboration of the Management Plan that possibly will promote the rational use of
the natural resources of the CU. It is also considered that, the approaches around the
management plan and mainly about its objectives, it is possible to establish a relationship
between it and the CU, so as the importance of the document was considered for the
development of sustainable activities from the formulation of guidelines to create, to
deploy and to manage conservation units.
