UMA ANÁLISE DE FATORES QUE PERMEIAM A FELICIDADE NO TRABALHO
Esta pesquisa teve por objetivo investigar o constructo “felicidade relacionada ao trabalho”, a partir do olhar dos próprios sujeitos trabalhadores, isto é, a partir do que entendiam por felicidade e a que a relacionavam quanto à esfera do trabalho. Quanto à metodologia, adotou-se uma abordagem qualitativa e exploratória com nível de análise individual, em que não se definiram a priori as categorias felicidade e trabalho, visto que parte do interesse de pesquisa era identificar as significações atribuídas pelos entrevistados a esses conceitos. Foram realizadas 44 entrevistas breves e 10 entrevistas em profundidade. Os resultados obtidos permitiram identificar fatores que são ditos pelos trabalhadores como sendo necessários para que o que entendem como sendo felicidade no trabalho seja possível; além de trazer contribuições para a definição teórica dos conceitos de felicidade e de trabalho.

Abstract:
This research aimed to investigate the construct “happiness related to work”, from the perspective of the workers, that is, from what they understood by happiness and what they related to the sphere of work. As for the methodology, a qualitative and exploratory approach with an individual analysis level was adopted, in which the categories of happiness and work were not defined a priori, since part of the research interest was to identify the meanings attributed by the interviewees to these concepts. 44 brief interviews and 10 in-depth interviews were conducted. The results obtained allowed to identify factors that are said by workers as being necessary for what they understand as happiness at work to be possible; the research also contributes to the theoretical definition of the concepts of happiness and work
