UMA ABORDAGEM ALTERNATIVA DO CONTEÚDO DE ÁCIDOS E BASES EM UM CURSO DE NIVEL TÉCNICO SUBSEQUENTE
A disciplina de Bioquímica está
presente na ementa do curso técnico integrado
de nível médio e subsequente. Ela é definida
pelos estudantes como uma disciplina muito
abstrata e de difícil entendimento, devido ao
seu alto grau de dificuldade que ocorre pela
interdisciplinaridade das disciplinas de química
e biologia, onde uma estuda as estruturas e
interações moleculares e na outra estuda a
estrutura e interações entre os organismos
vivos que influencias no metabolismo
humano. O objetivo do presente trabalho foi à
realização de uma aula prática de bioquímica,
com materiais didáticos alternativos, para
uma melhor compreensão do processo de
ensino-aprendizagem. Neste sentido várias
metodologias são estudadas e aplicadas no
ensino de bioquímica. A metodologia utilizada foi
à realização de uma aula pratica de bioquímica,
buscando a utilização de materiais didáticos
alternativos para melhor compreensão dos
alunos sobre o conteúdo ministrado em sala
de aula que foi ácidos e bases suas principais
teoria e suas aplicações, também a escala
de pH, e como ocorre a sua classificação em
ácido ou base. Os resultados ocorreram dentro
do esperado, houve as reações químicas,
que mudaram de cor devido à presença de
uma solução de indicador que foi utilizada,
demostrando assim qual alimento ou material
alternativo teve alteração na coloração,
mostrando qual realmente era ácido ou base
na presença da solução de indicador, portanto
a prática de bioquímica foi demostrada de
uma forma simples e prática que é aplicada no
cotidiano dos mesmos.

Abstract:
The discipline of Biochemistry is present in the menu of the integrated
technical course medium and subsequent level. It is defined by students as a very
abstract discipline and difficult to understand, due to its high degree of difficulty is the
interdisciplinarity of chemistry disciplines and biology, where one studies the molecular
structures and interactions and other studies the structure and interactions We are
living organisms that influence the human metabolism. The objective of this study was
to perform a practical class of biochemistry, with alternative teaching materials to a
better understanding of the teaching-learning process. In this regard various methods
are studied and applied in biochemistry teaching. The methodology used was the
realization of a class practice of biochemistry, seeking the use of alternative materials
for better student understanding of content taught in the classroom that was acids and
bases its core theory and its applications, also the pH scale and how is your ranking
in acid or base. The results occurred as expected, there was the chemical reactions
that changed color due to the presence of an indicator solution that was used, thus
demonstrating that food or alternative material had abnormal staining, showing what
actually was acid or base in the presence of indicator solution, therefore the practice
of biochemistry has been demonstrated in a simple and practical way that is applied in
everyday life thereof.
