UMA ABORDAGEM ACERCA DOS DIREITOS SOCIAIS NO ÂMBITO DE SUA REQUISIÇÃO, TITULARIDADE E DESTINATÁRIOS
Com vistas à importância dos direitos sociais para a seara jurídica, o presente trabalho busca fornecer subsídios a três possíveis indagações: Quais foram os direitos sociais requeridos? Quem são os titulares dos direitos sociais? E quem são os destinatários dos direitos sociais? Através da obra Curso de Direito Constitucional, organizada pelos autores Ingo Wolfgang Sarlet, Luiz Guilherme Marinoni e Daniel Mitidiero. Nesta pesquisa, será utilizado o método dedutivo, optando-se por esta escolha por assim caracterizar-se uma abordagem, a partir de um elemento geral para o particular. Já no que refere-se à técnica de pesquisa, será utilizado documentação direta e indireta, com consulta em bibliografias de fontes primárias e secundárias.

Abstract:
With a view to the importance of social rights for the legal field, this paper seeks to provide subsidies to three possible questions: What were the social rights required? Who are the holders of social rights? And who are the recipients of social rights? Through the work Course on Constitutional Law, organized by the authors Ingo Wolfgang Sarlet, Luiz Guilherme Marinoni and Daniel Mitidiero. In this research, the deductive method will be used, opting for this choice in order to characterize an approach, from a general element to the particular. As for the research technique, direct and indirect documentation will be used, with reference to bibliographies from primary and secondary sources.
