UM SERVIÇO COM TECNOLOGIA DE PONTA E INOVAÇÃO COM UM ALTO GRAU DE SATISFAÇÃO DO USUÁRIO SUS
Este trabalho foi desenvolvido em um Serviço de Litotripsia Extra-Corpórea da Região Norte do Rio Grande do Sul, que atende ao Sistema Único de Saúde-SUS através convênio de um hospital Público-Fundação Hospitalar Santa Terezinha de Erechim-RS, referência para mais de dois milhões de habitantes. Humanizar exige interação, respeito, empatia, compartilhamento de saberes e sentimentos. Menor agressividade e aumento da resolutividade será que é suficiente? O cuidado e a resolutividade do problema é o atributo mais valioso temos a oferecer à humanidade; promove o humanismo, saúde e qualidade no atendimento (Watson, 1985). A litotripsia é um procedimento indicado a todo paciente que apresentar cálculo renal e ou ureteral, diagnosticado através de exame de RX, Urotomografia e ou Ultrassonografia .O tratamento convencional seria através de incisão cirúrgica invasiva. Litotripsia Extra Corpórea é um procedimento não invasivo, sem cirurgia convencional sem internação com índice de sucesso de 95,8% e com uma recuperação em um curto espaço de tempo, sem riscos de infecção. O atendimento envolve a presença do médico que monitora o equipamento, a enfermeira ou uma técnica que auxilia na realizar punção, administram a medicação, acompanham e orientam os pacientes. Demonstrar que através do cuidado, podemos expandir capacidade e potencialidades humanas, e concluir que é possível SIM, disponibilizar um atendimento de qualidade técnica inovador, ao paciente SUS. No quesito econômico para o Sistema de saúde SUS a redução da ocupação de leito, com menos dias afastados do serviço e do hospital, com baixo risco de infecção, oferecendo maior segurança ao paciente, passa a ser uma realidade cada vez mais presente.

Abstract:
This work was developed in an Extra-Corporeal Lithotripsy Service of the Northern Region of Rio Grande do Sul, which serves the Unified Health System-SUS through the agreement of a Hospital Public-Hospital Foundation Santa Terezinha de Erechim-RS, reference for more than two million inhabitants. Humanizing requires interaction, respect, empathy, sharing of knowledge and feelings. Less aggressiveness and increased resolution is that enough? The care and resolution of the problem is the most valuable attribute we have to offer humanity; promotes humanism, health and quality of care (Watson, 1985). Lithotripsy is a procedure indicated to any patient who has renal and or ureteral calculus, diagnosed by x-ray, urotomography and utrasonography. Conventional treatment would be through invasive surgical incision. Extra Corporeal Lithotripsy is a noninvasive procedure, without converncional surgery without hospitalization with a success rate of 95.8% and with a recovery in a short time, without risk of infection. The care involves the presence of the doctor who monitors the equipment, the nurse or a technique that assists in performing puncture, administer the medication, accompany and guide patients. . Demonstrate that through care, we can expand human capacity and potential, and conclude that it is possible TO SIM, provide a technical and innovative quality care to the SUS patient. In the economic aspect for the SUS Health System, the reduction of bed occupancy, with fewer days away from the service and the hospital and low risk of infection,' offering greater safety to the patient, becomes an increasingly present reality.
