UM RETRATO DA SINDROME DO ESTRESSE PROFISSIONAL EM ENFERMEIROS EMERGENCISTAS
INTRODUÇÃO: A Síndrome de Burnout caracteriza-se por sofrimento psíquico relacionado ao trabalho, sendo uma resposta ao estresse crônico. OBJETIVO: Analisar a produção científica relacionada aos fatores relacionados à Síndrome de Burnout em enfermeiros que atuam no cenário da urgência e emergência. MEDOTOLOGIA: Trata-se de uma revisão integrativa de literatura, realizada nas bases LILACS e BDENF, com artigos científicos de 2014 a 2018. RESULTADOS: Os principais fatores são: o acúmulo de atividades, o desvio de função, a longa jornada de trabalho, a dupla jornada de trabalho e o trabalho noturno. CONCLUSÃO: De modo geral, evidencia-se neste estudo é que o profissional está sobrecarregado, com muitas atividades na sua área e poucos profissionais capacitados ou por assumir funções de outros profissionais da saúde.

Abstract:
INTRODUCTION: Burnout Syndrome is characterized by work-related psychological distress and is a response to chronic stress. OBJECTIVE: To analyze the scientific production related to factors related to Burnout Syndrome in nurses working in the urgency and emergency scenario. MEDOTOLOGY: This is an integrative literature review, conducted in the LILACS and BDENF databases, with scientific articles from 2014 to 2018. RESULTS: The main factors are: the accumulation of activities, the deviation of function, the long workday, the double workday and the night work. CONCLUSION: In general, it is evident in this study that the professional is overworked, with many activities in his area and few trained professionals or for assuming duties of other health professionals.
