UM ESTUDO DE CASO DO PLANEJAMENTO ESTRATÉGICO DO IDEP RO: UM DIAGNÓSTICO SOBRE A EVOLUÇÃO DOS CURSOS PROFISSIONALIZANTES EAD DURANTE A PANDEMIA DA COVID- 19.
O IDEP foi criado com o propósito de oferecer à sociedade rondoniense oportunidades educacionais gratuitas e a potencialização das forças de trabalho, assim fortalecendo a capacidade profissional produtiva para o desenvolvimento competitivo do estado. Este artigo tem por objetivo fazer uma análise sobre o planejamento estratégico IDEP-RO, a partir da perspectiva de educação profissionalizante e sua estratégia no período pandêmico da covid-19 para dar continuidade aos cursos. O tema do trabalho consistiu em fazer um estudo do planejamento estratégico e um diagnóstico da evolução dos cursos profissionalizantes durante a pandemia da Covid-19. A pesquisa foi realizada no Instituto de Desenvolvimento da Educação Profissional IDEP/RO. No referencial teórico, optou-se pela sistematização do material teórico trabalhado no curso. A metodologia para a realização deste trabalho consistiu em uma pesquisa bibliográfica e documental com abordagem qualitativa e quantitativa com a pesquisa in loco para a coleta de dados. Os resultados apontaram que apesar do esforço para dar continuidade ao processo de aprendizagem profissional - mesmo de forma EaD -, com cursos de curta duração, a pandemia da Covid-19 afetou o alcance das metas e ações almejadas pelo IDEP.

Abstract:
IDEP was created with the purpose of offering Rondonia society free educational opportunities and the potentialization of the workforce, thus strengthening the productive professional capacity for the competitive development of the state. This article aims to analyze the strategic planning of IDEP-RO, from the perspective of professional education and its strategy in the pandemic period of covid-19 to continue the courses. The theme of the work consisted of carrying out a study of strategic planning and a diagnosis of the evolution of professional courses during the Covid-19 pandemic. The research was carried out at the Institute for the Development of Professional Education IDEP/RO. In the theoretical framework, we opted for the systematization of the theoretical material worked on in the course. The methodology for carrying out this work consisted of a bibliographical and documentary research with a qualitative and quantitative approach with on-site research for data collection. The results showed that despite the effort to continue the professional learning process - even in an EaD way -, with short courses, the Covid-19 pandemic affected the achievement of goals and actions sought by IDEP.
