TUBERCULOSE PULMONAR EM GESTANTES: REVISÃO DE LITERATURA
INTRODUÇÃO: A tuberculose (TB) é conhecida por ser umas das doenças transmissíveis mais letais. Há um maior risco de ativação da infecção latente da TB, ou mesmo uma outra infecção pela tuberculose, em gestantes em relação a mulheres não gestantes, isso ocorre por conta das alterações imunológicas características da gravidez. Diante disso, a presente pesquisa tem como objetivo descrever a tuberculose pulmonar em gestantes, visando o modo de infecção, prevenção, diagnóstico e tratamento. METODOLOGIA: O presente estudo se trata de uma pesquisa exploratória do tipo revisão de literatura. A realização das buscas ocorreu entre Janeiro de 2020 e Março de 2020 e utilizou as bases de dados Scielo, Science Direct e PubMed, com o recorte temporal de 2013 a 2020. Houve uma seleção criteriosa no que diz respeito às obras utilizadas para o desenvolvimento desta revisão. Utilizou-se os descritores: “TUBERCULOSE PULMONAR”, “GESTANTES”; “INFECÇÃO”, “DIAGNÓSTICO” e “TRATAMENTO”, de modo associado e isolado, em inglês e português, indexados no DECs (Descritores em Ciências da Saúde). RESULTADOS E DISCUSSÃO: Dentro destas buscas, foram encontrados 383 artigos; porém, após a exclusão de achados duplicados e incompletos, restringiu-se a 39 obras, que foram lidas individualmente por três pesquisadores, na presença de discordâncias entre estes, um quarto pesquisador era consultado para opinar quanto à inclusão ou não do artigo. Ao final das análises, 8 artigos foram incluídos na revisão, os quais possuíam os descritores inclusos no tema e/ou resumo e foram incluídos porque melhor se enquadraram no objetivo proposto. CONCLUSÃO: Os efeitos da TB na gravidez podem ser influenciados por diversos fatores, incluindo a gravidade da doença, o quão a idade gestacional tem avançado até o diagnóstico da doença, a presença de disseminação extrapulmonar e co-infecção com HIV.

Abstract:
INTRODUCTION: Tuberculosis (TB) is known to be one of the most lethal communicable diseases. There is a greater risk of activation of latent TB infection, or even another infection by tuberculosis, in pregnant women compared to non-pregnant women, this is due to the immunological changes characteristic of pregnancy. Therefore, the present research aims to describe pulmonary tuberculosis in pregnant women, aiming at the mode of infection, prevention, diagnosis and treatment. METHODOLOGY: This study is an exploratory research of the literature review type. The searches were carried out between January 2020 and March 2020 and used the Scielo, Science Direct and PubMed databases, with the time frame from 2013 to 2020. There was a careful selection with respect to the works used for the development of this review. The descriptors were used: “PULMONARY TUBERCULOSIS”, “PREGNANT WOMEN”; “INFECTION”, “DIAGNOSIS” and “TREATMENT”, in an associated and isolated way, in English and Portuguese, indexed in the DECs (Health Sciences Descriptors). RESULTS AND DISCUSSION: Within these searches, 383 articles were found; however, after excluding duplicate and incomplete findings, it was restricted to 39 works, which were read individually by three researchers, in the presence of disagreements between them, a fourth researcher was consulted to give an opinion on whether or not to include the article. At the end of the analysis, 8 articles were included in the review, which had the descriptors included in the theme and / or summary and were included because they best fit the proposed objective. CONCLUSION: The effects of TB on pregnancy can be influenced by several factors, including the severity of the disease, how far the gestational age has advanced until the diagnosis of the disease, the presence of extrapulmonary spread and co-infection with HIV.
