Transtorno de Personalidade Borderline e a Estruturação do Self
A presente pesquisa aborda a temática da saúde mental, em específico o Transtorno de Personalidade Borderline (TPB). Apesar de haver diversos traços que podem se mostrar em um indivíduo com este transtorno, o foco desta investigação se limita ao vazio existencial e dificuldade em se constituir uma personalidade, comumente relatado pelos estudos realizados sobre o assunto. Nessa perspectiva, verifica-se, através de revisão bibliográfica, a existência da correlação entre o TPB e o Self do sujeito, em uma perspectiva winnicottiana, assim como a interferência deste em sua estruturação, e como isto ocorre. Conclui-se que há relação entre o TPB e o Self do indivíduo, e, ainda que alguns autores defendam outros pontos de vista acerca do assunto, não foi encontrada pesquisa alguma que desconsidere a relação entre as variáveis deste construto.

Abstract:
This research addresses the theme of mental health, specifically Borderline Personality Disorder (BPD). Although there are several traits that can shown themselves in an individual with this disorder, the focus of this investigation is limited to the existential void and difficulty in constituting a personality, commonly reported by studies on the subject. In this perspective, it was found, through bibliographic review, the existence of the correlation between the BPD and the subject's Self, in a Winnicottian perspective, as well as the interference of this in its structuring, and how this occurs. Concludes that there is a relationship between the BPD and the individual's Self, and, although some authors defend other points of view on the subject, no research was found that disregards the relationship between the variables of this construct.
