TRANSFORMAÇÕES NO MUNDO DO TRABALHO E REPERCUSSÕES PARA O SERVIÇO SOCIAL: INTERFACES DA FEMINIZAÇÃO E PRECARIZAÇÃO
Este artigo tem como objetivo
apresentar alguns elementos teóricos sobre
o mundo do trabalho, suas transformações
a partir do século XX e, na perspectiva do
arcabouço teórico-critico, suscitar análises
sobre as repercussões para o Serviço Social,
como profissão inserida na divisão social e
técnica do trabalho. Com base em resultados de
pesquisas reafirma a caracterização histórica
da feminização do trabalho assalariado e refere
algumas interfaces que promovem a interação
com a precarização do trabalho, constitutiva da
era da flexibilização e do ideário neoliberal, que
se propagam nas últimas décadas, demarcam
o século XXI e incidem no universo do trabalho

Abstract:
This article aims to present some
theoretical elements on the labour world, its
transformations from the twentieth century
and, from the perspective of the theoreticalcritical framework, to generate analyzes on the
repercussions for Social Service as a profession
inserted in the social and technical division of
work. Based on research results, it reaffirms the
historical characterization of the feminization of
wage labor and refers to some interfaces that
promote interaction with the precariousness of
labor, constitutive of the era of flexibilization
and neo-liberal ideals that have spread in the
last decades, demarcate the 21st century and
concern the universe of work.
