TRABALHO E LAZER: UM RELATO DE EXPERIÊNCIA
O presente trabalho consiste em um relato, a partir das experiências vivenciadas durante o Componente Curricular Trabalho e Lazer, disponibilizado no sexto semestre do curso de Licenciatura em Educação Física da UEFS. A trajetória pedagógica dos encontros delinearam-se, mediante aulas expositivas-dialogadas, projeção de filme, debates, leituras de textos, seminário, vivências práticas, para subsidiar os objetivos propostos para o Componente. Neste relato, fazemos um breve paralelo dialogado entre as nossas concepções, experiências e embasamento teórico, sobre o lazer, considerando as apreensões desenvolvidas durante Trabalho e Lazer, enfatizando algumas experiências marcantes realizadas, que nos levaram a um pensamento reflexivo sobre este campo. Ressaltamos a relevância significativa de cursar este Componente para nossa formação pessoal e profissional, enquanto estudantes em formação de um curso de licenciatura. O lazer possui historicamente um conceito pejorativo, associado a uma dimensão meramente oposta ao trabalho ou tempo livre das obrigações, que precisa ser descontruído, para isso, é preciso fomentar discussões e incentivar uma educação para e pelo lazer, entendendo-o como dimensão cultural e necessidade humana, pensada como direito, ampliando olhares e visões críticas sobre a temática. Trabalho e Lazer foi ministrada em perspectiva ampla, alertando para as diversas possibilidades do lazer e suas realidades.

Abstract:
The present work consists of a report, from the experiences lived during the Curricular Component Work and Leisure, made available in the sixth semester of the Physical Education Degree course at the UEFS. The pedagogical trajectory of the meetings was outlined, through expository-dialogued classes, film projection, debates, reading of texts, seminar, practical experiences, to support the objectives proposed for the component. In this report, we make a brief parallel dialogue between our conceptions, experiences and theoretical basis, about leisure, considering the apprehensions developed during that component, emphasizing some remarkable experiences that led us to a reflective thought about this field. We emphasize the significant relevance of taking the aforementioned component for our personal and professional training, as students in the formation of a degree course. Historically, leisure has a pejorative concept, associated with a dimension merely opposite to work or free time from obligations, which needs to be relaxed, for this, it is necessary to foster discussions and encourage education for leisure and leisure, understanding it as a dimension cultural and human need, conceived as a right, expanding critical views and views on the theme. Work and Leisure was given in a broad perspective, alerting to the various possibilities of leisure and its realities.
