TRABALHO E DESENVOLVIMENTO REGIONAL SUSTENTÁVEL: ANÁLISE SOCIOAMBIENTAL DA INTEGRAÇÃO DA FORÇA FEMININA NO SETOR TERCIÁRIO DE MATO GROSSO DO SUL
O objetivo deste artigo é analisar a evolução da integração da força de trabalho feminina em suas relações sociais, ambientais e econômicas, e a responsabilidade socioambiental das empresas como cidadania econômica na esfera regional. Analisa a ocupação no setor terciário do Estado de Mato Grosso do Sul, descrevendo as mudanças ocorridas em razão das mudanças tecnológicas, flexibilização produtiva e das relações de trabalho, redução na oferta de emprego no setor terciário, o qual reconhecidamente, é qualificado como setor de maior precarização das relações de trabalho. Nesta perspectiva, examina o conceito da igualdade nos empregos verdes, o qual possui formulação ampla, para todo e qualquer emprego, relacionando a todas as convenções internacionais que trata sobre o tema,
a responsabilidade socioambiental das empresas (RSE) no acesso emprego, e seus reflexos no desenvolvimento regional. A metodologia utilizada é analítico descritiva quantitativa, utiliza para tanto, dados secundários obtidos por meio do RAIS-CAGED e IBGE-PNAD, no período 2002-2018. Os resultados evidenciaram um aumento populacional das mulheres, e estagnação da força feminina no mercado de trabalho regional, mesmo sendo o setor responsável pelo maior crescimento de ocupações.

Abstract:
The aim of this article is to analyze the evolution of the integration of the female workforce in their social, environmental, and economic relations, and the socio-environmental responsibility of companies as economic citizenship in the regional sphere. It analyzes the occupation in the tertiary sector of the state of Mato Grosso do Sul, describing the changes that occurred due to technological changes, productive flexibility and labor relations, reduction in the provision of employment in the tertiary sector, which recognized, is qualified as a sector of greater precarization of labor relations. In this perspective, it examines the concept of equality in green jobs, which has broad formulation for any and all jobs, relating to all the international conventions dealing with the topic, the socio-environmental Responsibility of companies (CSR) Access to employment, and its reflections on regional development. The methodology used is quantitative descriptive analytical, uses for both, secondary data obtained through the RAIS-CAGED and IBGE-PNAD, in the period 2002-2018. The results evidenced a population increase of women, and stagnation of female strength in the regional labor market, even being the sector responsible for the greater growth of occupations.
