Abstract: Monoclonal antibody therapies represent one of the most promising frontiers in modern medicine, providing innovative therapeutic approaches for the treatment of complex diseases such as cancer, autoimmune diseases, and infections. This article explores recent advancements, challenges, and ethical implications associated with the development and implementation of these therapies. While advancements in the specificity and efficacy of these treatments are notable, issues like accessibility, cost, and ethical considerations remain critical challenges. Future research focused on overcoming these barriers and exploring new therapeutic targets is essential to broaden the reach and improve outcomes for patients treated with monoclonal antibodies.
