THE IMPACT OF DOMESTIC AND FAMILY VIOLENCE IN THE CONTEXT OF THE PANDEMIC
Objetivo: identificar evidências científicas disponíveis na literatura sobre o impacto da Violência Doméstica e Familiar contra a Mulher na perspectiva dos direitos humanos no campo da saúde coletiva das usuárias da Estratégia Saúde da Família no contexto da Pandemia do COVID-19.Método: revisão integrativa de artigos indexados nas bases Medical Literature Analysis and Retrieval System Online (MEDLINE),Cumulative Index to Nursing and Allied Health Literature(CINAHL) e a Base de Dados Fonte Acadêmica. Utilizaram-se os descritores MesH human rights, covid-19, violence against women, nursing, e os descritores DeCS direitos humanos,covid-19,violência contra mulher, enfermagem, combinados com o operador boleano AND. Foram incluídos artigos que elencassem os fatores de risco da violência contra a mulher, direitos humanos e enfermagem publicados entre 2020 e 2021, período pandêmico, nos idiomas inglês, português e espanhol, e excluídos relatos de casos informais, capítulos de livros, dissertações, teses, reportagens, notícias, editoriais, textos não científicos e artigos sem disponibilidade do texto na íntegra on-line. Resultados: A busca resultou em 160 artigos que após aplicados os critérios de exclusão e adequações relacionadas à pergunta de pesquisa, foram selecionados 21. Foi evidenciado a maioria dos estudos no campo da enfermagem. Conclusão: a violência se mostra implícita nos serviços de saúde, não sendo a queixa principal que leva as mulheres às unidades de atendimento, pois a violência dentro do ambiente doméstico ainda é invisível tanto para a mulher que sofre com a violência quanto para os profissionais de saúde e a sociedade em geral, exigindo um olhar diferenciado dos profissionais e poder público

Abstract:
Objective: to identify scientific evidence available in the literature on the impact of Domestic and Family Violence against Women from the perspective of human rights in the field of collective health of users of the Family Health Strategy in the context of the COVID-19 Pandemic. Method: integrative review of articles indexed in the Medical Literature Analysis and Retrieval System Online (MEDLINE), Cumulative Index to Nursing and Allied Health Literature (CINAHL) and the Academic Source Database. The descriptors MesH human rights, covid-19, violence against women, nursing, and the descriptors DeCS human rights, covid-19, violence against women, nursing, combined with the Boolean operator AND, were used. Articles listing the risk factors for violence against women, human rights and nursing published between 2020 and 2021, pandemic period, in English, Portuguese and Spanish, were included, and informal case reports, book chapters, dissertations, theses were excluded, reports, news, editorials, non-scientific texts and articles without availability of the full text online. Results: The search resulted in 160 articles that after applying the exclusion criteria and adjustments related to the research question, 21 were selected. Most studies in the field of nursing were evidenced. Conclusion: violence is shown to be implicit in health services, not being the main complaint that leads women to care units, as violence within the domestic environment is still invisible both for women who suffer from violence and for health professionals. health and society in general, requiring a differentiated look from professionals and public authorities.
