The educational book as a proposal for the prevention of childhood accidents
RESUMO: Os acidentes infantis constituem problema de saúde pública no Brasil devido o aumento de ocorrência no meio infantil, elevando a taxa de morbimortalidade em crianças. Nesta visão, evidencia-se a necessidade de novos modelos educativos que possibilitem abordagens e atividades que promovam a prevenção de agravos e a promoção da saúde. Trata-se de uma Revisão Integrativa da Literatura Narrativa, com a finalidade de analisar a temática sobre construção de livros paradidáticos. Após leitura foram agrupados por descritores, dos 81 artigos, apenas 30 foram selecionados, além de 1 dissertação, 1 tese, 04 Atlas da violência para descritor prevenção de acidentes na infância. Para o descritor livros paradidáticos foram encontrados 17 artigos, apenas 08 foram selecionados e 01 dissertação. Diante dos dados obtidos foi feito o primeiro protótipo do livro com tema sobre prevenção de acidentes na infância com elaboração de história e atividades a serem desenvolvidas a partir de textos alternativos, com ilustração para proporcionar aos alunos a vivência, interações e práticas discursivas, no âmbito escolar e consequentemente a redução das injúrias e sequelas importantes. E por conseguinte diminuição de acidentes, influenciando na qualidade de vida dessa população com comportamentos seguros e saudáveis. A partir dessa perspectiva, o livro paradidático elaborado, pode ser uma ferramenta de vital importância para a disseminação de atitudes preventivas de conhecimentos possibilitando na construção de pontes educativas na promoção da saúde envolvendo a escola e a comunidade.

Abstract:
ABSTRACT: The Childhood accidents are a public health problem in Brazil due to the increased occurrence in children, increasing the morbidity and mortality rate in children. In this view, the need for new educational models that enable approaches and activities that promote disease prevention and health promotion is evidenced. It is an Integrative Review of Narrative Literature, with the purpose of analyzing the theme of construction of educational books. After reading, they were grouped by descriptors, of the 81 articles, only 30 were selected, in addition to 1 dissertation, 1 thesis, 04 Atlas of violence for descriptor prevention of accidents in childhood. For the descriptor textbooks, 17 articles were found, only 08 were selected and 01 dissertation. Based on the data obtained, the first prototype of the book was made with the theme of preventing accidents in childhood with the elaboration of a history and activities to be developed from alternative texts, with illustration to provide students with experience, interactions and discursive practices, within the scope education and, consequently, the reduction of injuries and important sequelae. And therefore a decrease in accidents, influencing the quality of life of this population with safe and healthy behaviors. From this perspective, the developed textbook can be a vitally important tool for the dissemination of preventive attitudes of knowledge, enabling the construction of educational bridges in health promotion involving the school, and the community.
