TEST ADAPTADO COMO INSTRUMENTO DE EVALUACIÓN PARA DETECTAR ALTERACIÓN DE COORDINACIÓN MOTORA EN EL ADULTO MAYOR
: El Test KTK adaptado al adulto mayor tiene como objetivo detectar alteraciones de coordinación motora en el adulto mayor. El proceso metodológico se desarrolló con una adaptación sistemática del instrumento de acuerdo con el estado físico y coordinación motora del adulto mayor, revisando información científica; mientras que los ítems del cuestionario del test fueron revisados por un comité de expertos quienes revisaron el manual y aprobaron el mismo a través de una ficha de revisión. Finalmente, el test adaptado fue aplicado a 70 participantes, estos resultados fueron sometidos a un análisis estadístico para valorar su consistencia interna para conocer la confiabilidad y consistencia interna del instrumento. Se concluye que el Test KTK adaptado en los adultos mayores para detectar alteraciones de coordinación motora, es fiable y tiene una firmeza interna alta.

Abstract:
The KTK Test adapted to the older adult has the objective of detecting alterations in motor coordination in the older adult. The methodological process was developed with a systematic adaptation of the instrument according to the physical state and motor coordination of the older adult, reviewing scientific information; while the items of the test questionnaire were reviewed by a committee of experts who reviewed the manual and approved it through a review form. Finally, the adapted test was applied to 70 participants, these results were subjected to a statistical analysis to assess their internal consistency to determine the reliability and internal consistency of the instrument. It is concluded that the KTK Test adapted in older adults to detect motor coordination disorders is reliable and has a high internal firmness.
