SUSTENTABILIDADE HOSPITALAR: CONSTRUÇÃO DE AMBIENTES ÉTICOS POR PROFISSIONAIS DE ENFERMAGEM
Propõe-se uma reflexão sobre a busca de uma sustentabilidade hospitalar por meio da construção de ambientes éticos por profissionais de enfermagem. Entende-se que ambientes éticos podem contribuir para um agir e uma consciência ética, minimizando atitudes que configurem atos de insustentabilidade no trabalho em enfermagem, caracterizados pela negligência, imprudência e imperícia para com o ambiente de trabalho, que promovem impactos negativos ao meio ambiente. Os profissionais de enfermagem configuram agentes de transformação no ambiente de trabalho, que por meio de ações éticas contribuem para uma sustentabilidade hospitalar. Portanto, a busca da sustentabilidade hospitalar está permeada de fatores internos e externos que precisam ser discutidos e pensados pelo conjunto de trabalhadores e a proposição da construção de ambientes éticos, constitui-se uma das ferramentas para que a incorporação de uma nova cultura interna que impulsione a mudança de comportamento e pensamento se tornem possíveis de serem alcançadas.

Abstract:
A reflection is proposed on the search for hospital sustainability through the construction of ethical environments by nursing professionals. It is understood that ethical environments can contribute to an act and an ethical conscience, minimizing attitudes that configure acts of unsustainability in nursing work, characterized by negligence, recklessness and malpractice towards the work environment, which promote negative impacts on the environment. Nursing professionals configure agents of transformation in the work environment, which through ethical actions contribute to hospital sustainability. Therefore, the search for hospital sustainability is permeated by internal and external factors that need to be discussed and thought out by the group of workers, and the proposition of building ethical environments is one of the tools for the incorporation of a new internal culture that drives the change in behavior and thinking become possible to be achieved.
