Suicídio e Trabalho Contemporâneo
O objetivo deste trabalho é apresentar, através da revisão da literatura, os mecanismos específicos de nocividade do trabalho para a saúde mental que culminam com o ato suicida. À luz da Psicodinâmica do Trabalho e da Teoria Crítica da Sociedade, foram analisados como as mudanças no contexto do trabalho contemporâneo, principalmente a partir da década de 90, com a reestruturação produtiva e com a intensificação do modelo neoliberal de produção, geram as repercussões psíquicas sobre a saúde mental dos trabalhadores. Os resultados apontam para um fenômeno que é complexo, multicausal e multidimensional e que tem em seu cerne a degradação do mundo social do trabalho e o rompimento dos laços de solidariedade. Assim, na relação entre suicídio e trabalho, verificase que há um sofrimento e uma vivência de exacerbada alienação, de estranhamento e de perda de sentido que são individuais, mas que sua compreensão só pode ser feita de maneira coletiva e interdisciplinar, bem como devem ser estratégias de enfrentamento e de intervenção que garantam a sustentabilidade psicossocial nos ambientes de trabalho. Como conclusão, pode-se afirmar que estudar essa articulação entre suicídio e trabalho implica não somente uma opção epistemológica ou teórica, mas também uma orientação política, de transformação da realidade social.

Abstract:
The objective of this work is to present, through the revision of the literature, the specific mechanisms of harmfulness of the work for mental health that culminate with the suicide act. In the light of the psychodynamics of work and the critical theory of society, they were analyzed as changes in the context of contemporary work, mainly from the decade of 90, with the productive restructuring and the intensification of the neoliberal production model, generate the Psychological repercussions on the mental health of workers. The results point to a phenomenon that is complex, multicausal and multidimensional and that has at its core the degradation of the social world of work and the disruption of the bonds of solidarity. Thus, in the relationship between suicide and work, it is observed that there is a suffering and an experience of exacerbated alienation, of strangeness and of loss of sense that are individual, but that their understanding can only be done in a collective and interdisciplinary manner, as well as should be coping and intervention strategies that ensure psychosocial sustainability in the workplace. As a conclusion, it can be stated that studying this articulation between suicide and work implies not only a epistemological or theoretical option, but also a political orientation, of the transformation of social reality
