SONHOS INTRANQUILOS: RELAÇÕES SIMBÓLICAS ENTRE A NOVELA “A METAMORFOSE” E PACIENTES DOMICILIADOS
A Metamorfose” é uma novela publicada em 1915 por Franz Kafka. Para alguns autores, a interpretação da literatura kafkiana perpassa pelos grandes motes da cosmovisão judaica. Uma útil disciplina para o estudo desta obra é a filosofia perenialista e o simbolismo natural, que compreendem que as grandes tradições filosóficas compartilham um único conjunto de verdades que partem de uma mesma origem metafísica. Buscando estabelecer um elo entre a literatura kafkiana e as ciências médicas, consideramos como sendo “pacientes domiciliados” aqueles que necessitam de acompanhamento domiciliar pela equipe de saúde da família. Este estudo tem como objetivo estabelecer relações simbólicas entre a novela "A Metamorfose" e a situação de pacientes domiciliados. Trata-se de uma revisão narrativa da literatura; apesar do restrito nível de evidência científica. A coleta de material foi realizada no período entre maio de 2020 e outubro de 2020; os artigos foram coletados em língua portuguesa e inglesa; foram pesquisados bases de dados científicas da Lilacs, Scielo, Medline, Bireme, Academic Google e bases de dados de universidades. À luz da teoria Girardiana, Gregor Samsa está sofrendo um processo de expiação por parte de sua família. Gregor é o personagem da obra que apresenta maior quantidade e qualidade de virtudes morais, sua representação na narrativa se encaixa no perfil de “vítima inocente” a qual é transformada em Bode Expiatório pelo grupo dotado de desejo mimético. A situação de pacientes domiciliados vítimas de violência é muitas vezes análoga a situação da novela. Entre o furor que sentimos diante da atribulação destas vítimas, e a compreensão do mecanismo aparentemente natural e cíclico que rege estes atos de violência, está posicionada a insolúvel tensão de ser médico, ser paciente, e ser humano.

Abstract:
"The Metamorphosis" is a novel published in 1915 by Franz Kafka. For some authors, the interpretation of Kafkaesque literature runs through the great motives of the Jewish worldview. A useful discipline for the study of this work is perennial philosophy and natural symbolism, which understand that the great philosophical traditions share a single set of truths that come from the same metaphysical origin. Seeking to establish a link between Kafka's literature and the medical sciences, we consider as “domiciled patients” those who need home monitoring by the family health team. This study aims to establish symbolic relationships between the soap opera "The metamorphosis" and the situation of domiciled patients. It is a narrative review of the literature; despite the limited level of scientific evidence. The material collection was carried out between May 2020 and October 2020; the articles were collected in Portuguese and English; scientific databases of Lilacs, Scielo, Medline, Bireme, Academic Google and university databases were searched. In light of the Girardian theory, Gregor Samsa is undergoing a process of expiation by his family. Gregor is the character of the work that presents the greatest quantity and quality of moral virtues, his representation in the narrative fits the profile of "innocent victim" which is transformed into Scapegoat by the group endowed with mimetic desire. The situation of domiciled patients who are victims of violence is often analogous to the situation of the soap opera. Between the furor we feel at the tribulation of these victims, and the understanding of the apparently natural and cyclical mechanism that governs these acts of violence, the insoluble tension of being a doctor, being patient, and being human is positioned.
