SOCIOEDUCAÇÃO E SISTEMA DE GARANTIA DE DIREITOS
O texto apresenta uma reflexão teórica do histórico do tratamento dado ao adolescente que cometeu ato ilícito. Ainda, reflete o histórico do abandono infantil. Foi realizado duas entrevistas em áreas extremamente sensíveis dentro do Sistema Socioeducativo: educação e saúde. Consideramos áreas imprescindíveis do Sistema de Garantia de Direitos – SGD. As entrevistas tiveram por objeto fazer apontamento de quais seriam os empecilhos mais recorrentes para impedir o atendimento socioeducativo mais eficaz na garantia de direitos dos adolescentes.

Abstract:
The text presents a theoretical reflection on the history of the treatment given to adolescents who committed an illicit act. Still, it reflects the history of child abandonment. Two interviews were conducted in extremely sensitive areas within the Socio-Educational System: education and health. We consider essential areas of the Rights Guarantee System – SGD. The purpose of the interviews was to point out what would be the most recurrent obstacles to preventing more effective socio-educational care in guaranteeing the rights of adolescents.
