SOCIEDADE E EDUCAÇÃO: MANUTENÇÃO DE PAPÉIS SOCIAIS E A IMPORTÂNCIA DA PROMOÇÃO DA MULHER
O presente trabalho objetiva analisar o impacto da manutenção dos papéis sociais e a importância da promoção da mulher. A partir da demanda de um diálogo, faz-se necessário repensar o processo de formação dos envolvidos, sua atuação os possíveis reflexos nas relações humanas. A promoção da mulher traz este novo perfil onde essas não mais são percebidas como coadjuvantes, mas sim, como atrizes principais dispostas a dialogar, influenciar, construir e ajudar nos mais diversos contextos aos quais está inserida. Os homens por sua vez, percebendo a relevância do papel das mulheres passam a buscar sua ressignificação pessoal e em seus discursos, de modo que a patriarcalidade passa a ser apenas um instinto de proteção e não mais uma cadeia que subjuga as mulheres. A proteção e promoção da mulher unitário é, sem sombra de dúvidas, um facilitador no combate à violência, oportunização equânime e ainda como justiça social.

Abstract:
This paper aims to analyze the impact of maintaining social roles and the importance of promoting women. Based on the demand for a dialogue, it is necessary to rethink the process of training those involved, their performance and the possible effects on human relations. The promotion of women brings this new profile where they are no longer perceived as supporting, but as main actresses willing to dialogue, influence, build and help in the most diverse contexts to which they are inserted. Men, in turn, realizing the relevance of the role of women start to seek their personal resignification and in their speeches, so that patriarchy becomes just an instinct for protection and no longer a chain that subjugates women. The protection and promotion of unitary women is, without a doubt, a facilitator in the fight against violence, equal opportunity and also as social justice.
