SISTEMATIZACIÓN DE LAS ESTRATEGIAS DE CUIDADO Y BIENESTAR ANIMAL IMPLEMENTADAS POR LA ESCUELA DE LÍDERES FRATERNIDAD AGUSTINIANA ELFOS
En el contexto educativo, específicamente el técnico laboral, requiere una mirada permanente a la formación de líderes con valores, en lo relacionado a la pertinencia y las necesidades evidenciadas en el cuidado y bienestar animal. Por esto, se plantea como objetivo de la investigación: Documentar de manera sistémica las estrategias y aprendizajes aplicados en la escuela de formación de líderes del Instituto Tecnológico San Agustín: Fraternidad Agustiniana ELFOS orientada a promover el cuidado y bienestar de los animales en estado de desprotección. Para cumplir con este propósito, se fundamenta en estrategias que promueve la empatía y la responsabilidad de la protección animal en la comunidad agustiniana y en la sociedad. El diseño metodológico se sustenta desde un paradigma socio crítico, con un método de investigación de acción participativa. Se aplicará como técnicas de recolección de información la entrevista semiestructurada, encuestas, el análisis documental y la observación. En cuanto a la población, está conformada por estudiantes del Instituto Tecnológico San Agustín y la muestra seleccionada está compuesta por organizaciones de la región que garantice el refugio y atención de animales de calle en estado de vulnerabilidad. Con la realización de la investigación se espera observar escenarios de construcción conjunta de una práctica pedagógica que esté sustentada en la pertinencia contextual y responda a las características y necesidades del entorno social.

Abstract:
-Within the educational context, specifically in technical vocational training, there is a constant need to focus on the formation of value-based leaders, particularly concerning the relevance and evident needs in animal care and welfare. Therefore, the objective of this research is proposed as follows: To systematically document the strategies and learnings applied in the leadership training school at the San Agustín Technological Institute: Agustinian Fraternity ELFOS, aimed at promoting the care and welfare of animals in a state of vulnerability. To fulfill this purpose, it is grounded in strategies that promote empathy and responsibility for animal protection within the Agustinian community and society at large. The methodological design is based on a socio-critical paradigm, employing a participatory action research method. Data collection techniques will include semi-structured interviews, surveys, document analysis, and observation. As for the population, it consists of students from the San Agustín Technological Institute, and the selected sample comprises regional organizations that ensure shelter and care for street animals in a state of vulnerability.
