SISTEMAS DE INFORMAÇÃO EM SAÚDE: UMA REVISÃO DE LITERATURA DOS AVANÇOS TECNOLÓGICOS DO CADASTRAMENTO E MONITORAMENTO DA POPULAÇÃO.
Pleiteia-se aclarar sobre a importância dos avanços tecnológicos e os benefícios que o SISAB (Sistema de Informação em Saúde para a Atenção Básica) trouxe para a população, trabalhadores, afins e gestores públicos. A metodologia consistiu na busca de artigos na base de dados Scielo e PubMed, dos 12 artigos encontrados, apenas 6 foram selecionados como obedecendo aos critérios de inclusão propostos. Os critérios de inclusão dos artigos foram norteados pelo histórico dos SIS juntamente com o desenvolvimento do SUS nas UBS nos aspectos tecnológicos de cadastro e monitoramento da zona adscrita. De contraponto, foram considerados excludentes para os outros artigos a falta de objetivo na descrição da evolução histórica dos SIS e na ausência de conclusões mais claras sobre a importância do novo SISAB na atenção básica. Além de buscas nas páginas oficiais do Ministério da Saúde como o SAPS - Secretaria de Atenção Primária à Saúde e o DAB – Departamento da Atenção Básica, utilizando os descritores em saúde na língua inglesa: Unified Health System, Health Information Systems e Primary Health Care. Os estudos mostram a reestruturação que os SIS tiveram até chegar ao mais novo e atualizado SISAB que integra a estratégia do Departamento de Saúde da Família denominada pelo e-SUS Atenção Primária na Saúde (e-SUS APS), que propõe a automação dos processos, a melhoria das condições de infraestrutura e do trabalho. Os sistemas que captam e armazenam os dados são; o Coleta de Dados Simplificado (CDS) e Prontuário Eletrônico do Cidadão (PEC). A estratégia e-SUS APS, participa da informatização e qualificação em busca de um SUS eletrônico. Sendo utilizado por profissionais de várias equipes de AB (atenção básica), entendendo que a informação amplia ações e serviços em saúde da população.

Abstract:
It is necessary to clarify the importance of technological advances and the benefits that the SISAB (Health Information System for Primary Care) has brought to the population, workers, the like and public managers. The methodology consisted of searching for articles in the Scielo and Pubmed database, of the 12 articles found, only 6 were selected as complying with the proposed inclusion criteria. The inclusion criteria of the articles were guided by the history of the SIS along with the development of the SUS in the UBS in the technological aspects of registration and monitoring of the Adscrit zone. On the other hand, the lack of objective in the description of the historical evolution of the SIS and the absence of clearer conclusions on the importance of the new SISAB in primary care were considered exclusionary for the other articles. In addition to searches in the official pages of the Ministry of Health such as SAPS - Primary Health Care System and DAB – Primary Care Department, using the health descriptors in the English language: Unified Health System, Health Information Systems and Primary Health Care. The studies show the restructuring that the SIS had until reaching the newest and updated SISAB that integrates the strategy of the Department of Family Health called by e-SUS Primary Health Care (e-SUS APS), which proposes the automation of processes, improving infrastructure and working conditions. The systems that capture and store the data are; the Simplified Data Collection (CDS) and Citizen’s Electronic Medical Record (PEC). The e-SUS APS strategy, participates in the informatization and qualification in search of an electronic SUS. It is used by professionals from several PC teams (primary care), understanding that information expands the population’s health actions and services.
