SÍNDROME DE BURNOUT: PERCEPÇÕES DOS PROFESSORES ENVELHESCENTES DOS PROGRAMAS DE PÓS-GRADUAÇÃO
Esta pesquisa, que ainda está em desenvolvimento, tem como objetivo identificar se os professores envelhecentes, com mais de 45 anos, da Universidade Federal do Tocantins, do curso de Pedagogia, atuantes nos programas de Pós-graduação em Educação Acadêmico e Profissional, se percebem diante das características que podem levar a Síndrome de Burnout. Para atingir este objetivo, realizaremos entrevistas com os docentes dos referidos programas. A análise dos dados e informações será por meio de análise de conteúdo, de acordo com os três pólos cronológicos definidos por Bardin.Esperamos que esta pesquisa traga benefícios para a comunidade acadêmica como a ampliação do conhecimento sobre a Síndrome de Burnout em professores e o fomento às investigações sobre os problemas de saúde dos professores em decorrência do estresse laboral, bem como a discussão se o envelhecimento tem afetado a saúde destes, auxiliando na busca de possíveis alternativas, que possam minimizar esta situação de adoecimento desses profissionais.

Abstract:
This research, which is still under development, aims to identify whether aging teachers, over 45 years old, from the Federal University of Tocantins, of the Pedagogy course, working in the Graduate programs in Academic and Professional Education, perceive themselves given the characteristics that can lead to Burnout Syndrome. To achieve this goal, we will conduct interviews with the teachers of the referred programs. The analysis of data and information will be through content analysis, according to the three chronological poles defined by Bardin. We hope that this research will bring benefits to the academic community such as the expansion of knowledge about Burnout Syndrome in teachers and the promotion to the investigations on the health problems of teachers as a result of work stress, as well as the discussion of whether aging has affected their health, helping in the search for possible alternatives, which can minimize this situation of illness of these professionals.
