SIGNIFICACIÓN ATRIBUIDA AL TRABAJO POR PARTE DE ADOLESCENTES TRABAJADORES EN EL MARCO DE LA GESTIÓN DE LAS ESTRATEGIAS TERRITORIALES PARA LA PREVENCIÓN Y ERRADICACIÓN DEL TRABAJO INFANTIL EN CALI-COLOMBIA
El trabajo infantil es uno de los principales desafíos actuales que afecta a decenas de países y en especial aquellos que están en vía de desarrollo en tanto éste actúa en detrimento de uno de los grupos más vulnerables de la población, es decir, niños, niñas y adolescentes, al respecto en Colombia se han desarrollado diferentes programas sociales y políticas en el marco la gestión estratégica territorial para la prevención y erradicación del trabajo infantil. No obstante, el presente artículo, tiene como objetivos analizar desde el discurso la significación atribuida al trabajo por parte de adolescentes trabajadores; caracterizar los factores sociales y culturales implícitos en él; e indagar desde las voces de los actores involucrados los alcances y limitaciones de la gestión de las estrategias territoriales. Método, el estudio se realiza a la luz de la Epistemología Cualitativa y Teoría de la Subjetividad de Fernando González Rey; el paradigma Neoclásico y Reformista; y la Nueva Gestión Pública; es de tipo descriptivo – interpretativo y corte transversal. Técnicas e Instrumento: dinámica conversacional y entrevista semi-estructurada. Participantes: adolescentes trabajadores de la Plaza de Mercado Santa Elena de Cali; y las autoridades competentes. Resultados: se logra rescatar a un sujeto productor de significados y sentidos subjetivos en los espacios en los que participa tal como los escenarios en donde trabaja, es por ello, que el trabajo infantil implica un desafío en su comprensión y abordaje que implica aspectos sociales, humanos, culturales, psicológicos y jurídicos y de esta manera demanda una mirada interdisciplinar, intersectorial e interinstitucional que trascienda asuntos propios de la Ley y logre articular diversas posturas alrededor del objeto de estudio.

Abstract:
Child labor is one of the main current challenges that affects dozens of countries and especially those that are developing as it acts to the detriment of one of the most vulnerable groups of the population, that is, boys, girls and adolescents, in this regard, in Colombia, different social and political programs have been developed within the framework of territorial strategic management for the prevention and eradication of child labor. However, this article aims to analyze from the discourse the significance attributed to work by working adolescents; characterize the social and cultural factors implicit in it; and investigate from the voices of the actors involved the scope and limitations of the management of territorial strategies. Method, the study is carried out in the light of Fernando González Rey's Qualitative Epistemology and Theory of Subjectivity; the Neoclassical and Reformist paradigm; and the New Public Management; It is descriptive - interpretive and cross-sectional. Techniques and Instrument: conversational dynamics and semi-structured interview. Participants: adolescent workers from the Plaza de Mercado Santa Elena de Cali; and the competent authorities. Results: it is possible to rescue a subject that produces subjective meanings and meanings in the spaces in which he participates, such as the scenarios where he works, that is why child labor implies a challenge in its understanding and approach that implies social aspects, human, cultural, psychological and legal and in this way demands an interdisciplinary, intersectoral and interinstitutional look that transcends issues of the Law and manages to articulate various positions around the object of study.
