SIGILO PROFISSIONAL EM EQUIPES INTERPROFISSIONAIS: ALGUMAS REFLEXÕES
O objetivo desse estudo é refletir sobre o sigilo profissional em equipes interprofissionais ou interdisciplinares no campo das políticas sociais, com ênfase nas situações de sua excepcionalidade e relativização. Para tanto, realizou-se pesquisa através do Google Forms, a quarenta e quatro assistentes sociais atuantes nas Regiões Norte e Noroeste Fluminense, cadastrados no Conselho Regional de Serviço Social/ 7º Região e pesquisa bibliográfica, incluindo dispositivos legais nesta área.

Abstract:
The aim of this study is to reflect on professional secrecy in interprofessional or interdisciplinary teams in the field of social policies, with emphasis on situations of their exceptionality and relativization. Forty-four social workers in the North and Northwest regions of Rio de Janeiro, registered with the Regional Council of Social Work/7th Region and bibliographic research, including legal provisions in this area, were searched through Google Forms.
