SENSO DE PERTENCIMENTO E INCLUSÃO DO INDIVÍDUO NO TERRITÓRIO: ANÁLISE DE AÇÕES SOCIAIS EM PROGRAMA HABITACIONAL EM UBERLÂNDIA-MG
Projetos de habitação de interesse social contribuem favoravelmente para o desenvolvimento social e sustentável dos centros urbanos. Contudo, deve-se analisar a dinâmica social e a inclusão do indivíduo no território. Estudos focados na ampliação da identidade de moradores são úteis para o aumento da qualidade de vida dos indivíduos, além de proporcionar condições de dignidade e cidadania. Os dados foram coletados por meio de análise documental e também por entrevistas com importantes atores de projetos sociais. A partir da análise das ações implantadas, identificou-se técnicas assertivas na execução de projetos sociais, de forma a aumentar a identidade dos moradores e o senso de pertencimento em relação ao território ocupado. As ações desenvolvidas neste estudo podem ser replicadas e implantadas em outros empreendimentos de grande porte.

Abstract:
Housing projects of social interest contribute favorably to the social and sustainable development of urban centers. However, it is necessary to analyze the social dynamics and the insertion of the individual in the territory. Studies aimed at expanding the identity of residents are useful to increase the quality of life of individuals, in addition to providing conditions of dignity and citizenship. Data were collected through documentary analysis and also through interviews with important actors in social projects. From the analysis of the actions implemented, the assertive techniques in the execution of social projects were identified, in order to increase the identity of the residents and the sense of belonging in relation to the occupied territory. The actions developed in this study can be replicated and implemented in other large enterprises.
