• Abstract:

  The objective was to report the experience of a resident nurse in an action to raise awareness of the Mobile Emergency Care System team for the proper filling of the attendance bulletin. This is an experience report of an action developed by a resident of the Professional Residency Program in Emergency Nursing and Trauma, at a university in Rio Grande do Sul, Brazil. The activity was part of the management period, developed between August and October 2021, in the Mobile Emergency Care Service. An assessment of weaknesses was carried out in filling out the service bulletins, planning and subsequent development of the activity with a presentation during a team meeting. They are didactically presented in two units: identification of gaps and awareness needs; and presentation of data and awareness of change. With the development of the sensitization action, it was possible to ratify the importance of the correct and complete filling of the service bulletin by the SAMU team.
