SEGURANÇA DO PACIENTE REVISÃO INTEGRATIVA DAS AÇÕES DE CUIDADO PROMOVIDAS PELA ENFERMAGEM
Revisão integrativa desenvolvida na Biblioteca Virtual em Saúde (BVS), em junho de 2018, para responder a questão: Quais as estratégias de segurança do paciente são evidenciadas pela enfermagem?. Para a coleta de dados utilizaram-se os descritores: patient safety “and” nursing care. Após aplicação dos critérios de seleção, obteve-se um universo de 14 artigos. Estes ressaltam três estratégias: Formação de Profissionais da Saúde para o Cuidado Seguro; Comunicação Efetiva e, Higienização das Mãos. Todas reconhecidas mediante as lacunas institucionais e profissionais para a sua execução no processo de trabalho da enfermagem.

Abstract:
Integrative Review developed in the Virtual Health Library (VHL), in June 2018, to answer the question: what are the patient's safety strategies evidenced by nursing?. For data collection, the descriptors were used: patient safety "and" nursing care. After applying the selection criteria, a universe of 14 articles was obtained. These emphasize three strategies: training of health professionals for safe care; Effective communication and hand sanitization. All recognized through the institutional and professional gaps for their implementation in the nursing work process.
