SCRATCH: LINGUAGEM DE PROGRAMAÇÃO EM ABORDAGEM CONSTRUCIONISTA PARA PROFESSORES EM FORMAÇÃO
Em razão da pandemia mundial causada pelo vírus Covid-19 e da necessidade de isolamento físico como forma de amenizar o contágio do vírus as atividades educacionais de todas as modalidades de ensino foram paralisadas temporariamente. Buscando uma forma de permitir a continuidade do processo de ensino-aprendizagem a Universidade Federal do Rio Grande do Norte (UFRN) optou pela criação de um Período Letivo Suplementar Excepcional em formato de ensino remoto e nele a disciplina Aprendizagem e Recursos Digitais foi ofertada e tratou, entre outros, dos conceitos da abordagem construcionista. Como demonstração prática desta abordagem uma oficina demonstrativa do software Scratch foi realizada como um exemplo de Estratégia de Aprendizagem Remota e para demonstrar os conceitos tratados na disciplina. O Google Meet serviu como canal de comunicação entre os professores e alunos e provou ser adequado para este propósito.

Abstract:
Due to the global pandemic caused by the Covid-19 virus and the need for physical isolation to decrease the spread of the virus, educational activities in all teaching modalities were temporarily halted. Looking for a way to allow the teaching-learning process to continue, the Federal University of Rio Grande do Norte (UFRN) opted for the creation of an Exceptional Supplementary Academic Period in a remote teaching format and the subject Aprendizagem e recursos digitais (Learning and digital resources) was offered and treated, among others, the concepts of constructionist approach. As a practical demonstration of this approach a workshop for the Scratch software as an example of a remote learning strategy and illustrating the concepts of the subject. Google Meet served as the communication channel between teachers and students and proved adequate for this purpose.
