SAÚDE MENTAL DOS PROFISSIONAIS DE ENFERMAGEM NO CONTEXTO DA PANDEMIA DE COVID-19: REVISÃO INTEGRATIVA
Introdução: A pandemia Covid-19 acarretou consigo a necessidade de adaptações, principalmente na equipe que atua como linha de frente, a enfermagem, com isso, profissionais precisaram intensificar seus trabalhos, enfrentar obstáculos, se reinventar no campo de atuação e proporcionar mudanças que auxiliassem a diminuir viesses como a taxa de contaminação, escassez de matéria prima e profissionais atuantes. A necessidade destas mudanças, rápidas e intensas, consequentemente aliou ao aumento do estresse e sofrimento psíquico dessa classe, necessitando manejar situações interpessoais, como a preocupação em transmitir o vírus aos familiares, repercutindo em suas relações dia a dia. Objetivo: Compreender as repercussões psicológicas de enfermeiros que atuam na linha de frente na pandemia de Covid-19. Metodologia: Trata-se de uma revisão integrativa da literatura. A busca foi realizada em março de 2021, através de consulta às bases de dados Medical Literature Analysis and Retrievel System Online (MEDLINE), Literatura Latino-Americana e do Caribe em Ciências da Saúde (LILACS) e Base de Dados de Enfermagem (BDENF), acessadas através da Biblioteca Virtual em Saúde (BVS), resultando em sete publicações selecionadas que corresponderam aos critérios e a questão norteadora. Resultados e discussão: O trabalho da equipe de enfermagem atuante na linha de frente à Covid-19 é cercada por situações traumatizantes, altos níveis de estresse, ansiedade, esgotamento físico e mental, exigindo que o profissional desenvolva resiliência diante das situações. Por outro lado, o suporte familiar, religioso e psicológico mostra-se essencial no cuidado com a saúde mental. Considerações finais: É indispensável desenvolver e implementar medidas visando a redução do impacto psicológico desses profissionais. Ainda, a escassez de publicações acerca do tema, evidência a necessidade da realização de mais estudos relacionados à saúde mental do enfermeiro durante a pandemia.

Abstract:
Introduction: The Covid-19 pandemic brought with it the need for adaptations, especially in the team that acts as a front line, nursing, with this, professionals needed to intensify their work, face obstacles, reinvent themselves in the field of action and provide changes that would help to reduce factors such as the contamination rate, scarcity of raw materials and active professionals. The need for these rapid and intense changes, consequently combined with the increase in stress and psychological suffering of this class, needing to handle interpersonal situations, such as the concern with transmitting the virus to family members, with repercussions on their day-to-day relationships. Objective: Understanding the psychological repercussions of nurses working on the front lines of the Covid-19 pandemic. Methodology: This is an integrative literature review, based on a guiding question to carry out the research. The collection was carried out in March 2021, through consultation of the Medical Literature Analysis and Retrievel System Online (MEDLINE), Latin American and Caribbean Health Sciences (LILACS) and Nursing Database (BDENF) databases, accessed through the Virtual Health Library (VHL), resulting in seven selected publications that matched the criteria and the guiding question. Results and discussion: The work of the nursing team working on the front line of Covid-19 is surrounded by traumatic situations and high levels of stress, anxiety, and physical and mental exhaustion, requiring the professional to develop resilience in the face of situations. On the other hand, family, religious and psychological support is essential in mental health care. Final considerations: It is essential to develop and implement measures aimed at reducing the psychological impact of these professionals. Also, the scarcity of publications on the subject highlights the need to carry out more studies related to nurses' mental health during the pandemic.
