SAÚDE DO PROFESSOR E SEU COMPROMISSO COM O TRABALHO REMOTO EM TEMPOS DE PANDEMIA
Este Artigo tem por objetivo principal enfocar as mudanças que foram geradas no trabalho dos docentes no contexto da pandemia do novo coronavírus e a relação direta com a saúde dos professores. Apresenta como problematização o seguinte questionamento: de que modo se apresentam os critérios e exigências de trabalho para os professores no contexto da pandemia e suas implicações na saúde do professor? Deste modo, a preocupação é destacar transformações ocorridas dentro do universo de trabalho dos professores em tempos de pandemia pelo novo coronavírus e as repercussões para a saúde. A base da pesquisa são fontes bibliográficas
elaboradas por teóricos que se dedicam e estudam sobre o tema. Está construído a partir de argumentos sobre a relação entre isolamento social e trabalho do professor, transformações e novos arranjos no trabalho docente e a saúde do professor. Como resultado da pesquisa, constata-se a o modo remoto de trabalho, através das plataformas e demais recursos digitais, tende a aprofundar os modos de comprometimento da saúde docente, por conta das tensões, exigências, produtividade e isolamento das discussões acerca de suas condições de vida e trabalho.

Abstract:
The main objective of this article is to focus on the changes that have been generated in the work of teachers in the context of the pandemic of the new coronavirus and the direct relationship with the health of teachers. The following question is presented as a problematization: how are the criteria and work requirements for teachers presented in the context of the pandemic and its implications for the teacher's health? Thus, the concern is to highlight the changes that occurred within the universe of teachers' work in times of pandemic due to the new coronavirus and the repercussions for health. The base of the research are bibliographic sources elaborated by theorists who dedicate themselves and study on the subject. It is built from arguments about the relationship between social isolation and the teacher's work, transformations and new arrangements in the teaching work and the teacher's health. As a result of the research, the remote way of working, through platforms and other digital resources, tends to deepen the modes of commitment of teaching health, due to the tensions, demands, productivity and isolation of discussions about their living and working conditions.
