A satisfação no trabalho é um

conjunto de sentimentos que influencia os modos

como os trabalhadores percebem e sentem

seus trabalhos. É um tema que tem sido muito

estudado em diferentes áreas de conhecimento,

como por exemplo Psicologia, Educação e

Saúde. A proposta deste estudo foi realizar uma

pesquisa do tipo estado da arte, com o objetivo

de mapear e discutir a produção científica/

acadêmica sobre satisfação no trabalho dos

últimos trinta anos. Para o mapeamento utilizouse

a palavra-chave satisfação no trabalho, nas

seguintes bases de dados: Scientific Eletronic

Library Online (SCIELO) e Literatura Latino-

Americana em Ciências da Saúde (LILACS).

Foram encontrados 141 artigos e selecionados,

para as análises, os 94 que estavam escritos

em língua portuguesa. As análises apontaram

um aumento das pesquisas sobre essa temática

nos últimos anos, especialmente nos anos de

2014 e 2015, mostraram que a maioria das

pesquisas estudou os trabalhadores da área da

saúde e que o instrumento mais utilizado para

obtenção dos dados pelos pesquisadores foi

o questionário. Os resultados desses estudos

analisados apontam que a satisfação pode

influenciar em vários aspectos da vida do

trabalhador e nos resultados alcançados por

uma organização.

Abstract:
Work satisfaction is a set of

feelings that influences the way workers

perceive and feel their jobs. It is a subject that

has been widely studied in different areas of

knowledge, such as Psychology, Education and

Health. The purpose of this study was to carry

out a state-of-the-art research with the objective

of mapping and discussing the scientific /

academic production on job satisfaction in the

last 30 years. For the mapping we used the

keyword satisfaction in the work, in the following

databases: Scientific Electronic Library Online

(SCIELO) and Latin American Literature in

Health Sciences (LILACS). We found 141

articles and selected, for the analyzes, the 94

that were written in Portuguese language. The

analyzes pointed to an increase in research on

this subject in recent years, especially in the

years 2014 and 2015, showed that most of the

research studied the health workers and that the most used instrument to obtain the

data by the researchers was the questionnaire . The results of these studies show that

satisfaction can influence several aspects of the worker’s life and the results achieved

by an organization.
